建设创新型省份指标体系及广东实证研究

【摘要】：借鉴国际先进经验并考虑省市间科技指标的可比性与可获取性,结合广东重点及特色科技工作指标,以国家建设创新型省份工作指引为依据,设计一套广东特色的创新型省份建设评价指标体系,并基于最新统计调查数据对广东创新型省份建设进程进行实证分析,发现存在问题,提出加速创新型省份建设的对策建议,供相关部门决策参考。
[Abstract]:Drawing lessons from international advanced experience and considering the comparability and availability of scientific and technological indicators among provinces and cities, combining the key and characteristic scientific and technological work indicators of Guangdong, the work guidelines for the construction of innovative provinces in China are taken as the basis. This paper designs a set of evaluation index system for the construction of innovative provinces with Guangdong characteristics. Based on the latest statistical survey data, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the construction process of innovative provinces in Guangdong, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the construction of innovative provinces. For the relevant department decision-making reference.
