中国区域协调发展政策的研究热点及前沿动态——基于CiteSpace可视化知识图谱的分析

【摘要】：区域协调发展问题是关系中国发展大局的重大问题,研究区域协调发展政策符合"十三五"时期构建区域协调发展新格局的时代要求。按区域协调发展政策的演变阶段对相关研究的发展脉络进行梳理,以1992—2016年CNKI数据库为来源,采用Cite Space5.0文献计量软件进行关键词LLR聚类和Brust探测,并绘制知识图谱,分析中国区域协调发展政策的研究热点及前沿动态,结果显示:(1)中国区域协调发展政策研究的热点及前沿可概括为区域发展差距、重点区域发展、财政政策、区域协调发展及其政策等方面;(2)理论研究符合区域政策演变的阶段划分,但受政府政策影响较深,具有很强的趋向性和滞后性,分析方法则滞后于国外;(3)结合期刊及主要研究力量特征分析,相关论文在期刊上集中度不高、期刊群不稳定、代表性期刊缺位、作者机构网络结构松散等,成为中国区域协调发展政策理论研究发展的重要制约因素。中国区域协调发展政策研究应从夯实理论体系、完善科研合作网络、强化政策理论引导作用、健全政策制度机制等方面展开。
[Abstract]:The problem of regional coordinated development is a major issue related to the overall development of China. The study of regional coordinated development policy is in line with the requirements for the construction of a new pattern of regional coordinated development in the "13th Five-Year" period. According to the evolution stage of regional coordinated development policy, the development context of related research is combed, and the CNKI database from 1992 to 2016 is taken as the source. Cite Space5.0 bibliometric software is used to carry out keyword LLR clustering and Brust detection, and to draw knowledge atlas to analyze the hot spots and frontiers of China's regional coordinated development policy. The results show that: (1) the hot spots and frontiers of China's regional coordinated development policy research can be summarized as regional development gap, key regional development, fiscal policy, region Regional coordinated development and its policies; (2) the theoretical research accords with the stages of regional policy evolution, but it is deeply influenced by the government policy, has strong tendency and lag, and the analytical method lags behind the foreign countries; (3) combining the characteristics of periodicals and main research forces, the concentration of related papers in periodicals is not high, and the periodical group is unstable, The absence of representative periodicals and the looseness of the network structure of the authors have become an important restriction factor in the research and development of the policy theory of regional coordinated development in China. The study of China's regional coordinated development policy should be carried out from a rammed theoretical system, a perfect scientific research cooperation network, a strengthening of policy theory guidance, and a sound policy system and mechanism.
