【摘要】：东盟作为世界重要的区域性组织,在促进东南亚经济发展、加强内部稳定中发挥着不可替代的作用。中国一直将东盟视为周边外交的优先方向,坚定支持东盟一体化,促进中国与东盟互利互惠合作。中国对东盟直接投资额近些年不断提升,投资结构进一步优化,投资质量也进一步提升。中国从2010年开始进入新常态,国内产能过剩,经济增速放缓,经济结构亟待转型,中国需要新的经济增长点。伴随着“一带一路”这一重大战略的推进实施,中国对东盟直接投资将迎来新的发展机遇,因此,研究“一带一路”战略下中国对东盟直接投资的进一步发展问题具有重要的现实意义。本文以“一带一路”战略下我国企业投资东盟的机遇和挑战为研究主题,涉及研究的主要内容包括:一是从对东盟直接投资规模、区域分布、投资行业、投资主体等方面多角度分析我国对东盟直接投资的现状,系统分析体现中国对东盟直接投资的特点和发展轨迹。二是从分析”一带一路“战略与东盟的关系,以及中国与东盟发展差异,东盟市场潜力和东盟资源分布等方面,深入挖掘中国企业在”一带一路“战略下对东盟直接投资面临的发展机遇,三是从我国企业国际化人才缺失、东盟内部投资环境、东盟各国对”一带一路“战略的疑虑等方面分析我国对东盟直接投资面临的挑战。四是通过运用主成分分析法分析判究中国对东盟直接投资的效果和状况,进一步体现中国对东盟直接投资的潜力。五是在上述分析的基础上,提出从增强合作共识,提高与东盟国家政治互信,以加强与东盟安全合作,降低投资风险,依据投资潜力进行差别化投资等方面,进一步推动我国企业对东盟国家直接投资,以促进我国企业借“一带一路”之势,更好地发展与东盟的直接投资。
