供给侧结构性改革下的经济转型分析

【摘要】：自2012年以来,我国经济增长开始降速,虽然我国经济长期向好的基本面没有改变,但经济下行压力依然较大,经济形势依然严峻,中央将这种形势概括为经济新常态,也开始借此契机实现经济转型升级,力求改变过去凭借低劳动成本和破坏生态环境的粗放式经济增长,转而寻求通过创新驱动提高生产率,带动经济增长,在此背景下,供给侧结构性改革呼之欲出。本文首先对供给侧结构性改革提出的背景进行分析,然后探讨了供给侧结构性改革的内涵及影响供给侧结构性改革存在的问题,在此基础上分析了推动我国供给侧结构性改革的路径,最后对供给侧结构性改革推动我国经济转型发展作出展望。
[Abstract]:Since 2012, China's economic growth has begun to slow down. Although the fundamentals of our country's economy have not changed for a long time, the downward pressure of the economy is still large and the economic situation is still grim. The Central Committee has summed up this situation as the new normal of the economy. They also began to take this opportunity to achieve economic transformation and upgrade, to change the extensive economic growth that used to rely on low labor costs and destroy the ecological environment, and instead to seek to increase productivity and economic growth through innovation-driven, in this context, Structural reforms on the supply side are looming. This paper first analyzes the background of supply-side structural reform, then discusses the connotation of supply-side structural reform and the problems affecting supply-side structural reform. On this basis, the paper analyzes the path of promoting supply-side structural reform in China, and finally looks forward to the supply-side structural reform to promote the development of China's economic transformation.
