建设新福建打造产业升级版战略研究

【摘要】：实现"再上新台阶,建设新福建"战略目标,必须盯紧和抓好产业转型升级这一重要任务。在加强供给侧结构性改革的背景下,着力实施创新驱动、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、集聚发展五大战略;把加快产业转型升级作为稳增长、调结构的重要抓手,促进服务业优质高效发展、着力推进工业转型升级和加快发展特色现代农业,推动产业结构从中低端向中高端迈进,着力打造福建产业升级版。
[Abstract]:To realize the strategic goal of "going to a new level and building a new Fujian", we must pay close attention to the important task of industrial transformation and upgrading. Under the background of strengthening the supply-side structural reform, we should focus on implementing the five major strategies of innovation-driven, coordinated development, green development, open development, and agglomeration development, and regard accelerating the industrial transformation and upgrading as an important hand in stabilizing growth and adjusting the structure. To promote the high quality and high efficiency development of the service industry, to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading, to accelerate the development of modern agriculture with characteristics, to promote the industrial structure from the middle and low end to the middle and high end, and to build the Fujian industrial upgrade version.
