天山北坡经济带经济一体化发展及模式选择

【摘要】：经济一体化发展是当今国内外经济发展的重要过程。经济一体化发展就是要求取消经济发展的各种地域限制，地区之间能够相互协调发展，形成优势互补。一体化发展并不是要求共同发展，而在区域内让具有明显竞争优势的地区发挥带动辐射作用，形成经济增长极，带动周边地区的经济发展。天山北坡经济带自在2000年国家西部大开发计划中被提出，以其明显的资源优势、地域优势和强大的经济实力成为新疆经济发展的“增长极”。随着天北经济带经济实力的不断增强，天北经济带的范围也不断扩大。2011年，天北经济带按照各自的地域优势与特点被划分为了六个经济区，这为天北经济带的一体化发展拉开了序幕。本文首先对国内外经济一体化发展进行分析，，总结出了国内外经济一体化的不同发展模式；其次，对天北经济带的发展现状进行分析，得出了天北经济带需要一体化发展的结论；接着，使用因子分析法和社会网络分析法分别对天北经济带的经济发展水平以及一体化发展水平进行实证分析；最后探索出适应天北经济带发展一体化发展的模式，并提出相关政策建议。最终本文得出的结论是：从天山北坡经济带的历史发展状况可以看出，天山北坡经济带的一体化发展是必然趋势。天山北坡经济带需要根据国内外经济一体化发展的不同模式结合自身发展的特点，形成独特的一体化发展模式。天北经济带的一体化发展会产生巨大的联动效应，为推动新疆经济的跨越式发展带来不可小觑的强大动力。
[Abstract]:The development of economic integration is an important process of economic development at home and abroad. The development of economic integration requires the abolition of various regional restrictions on economic development, and the regions can develop harmoniously with each other to form complementary advantages. The integration development does not require the common development, but let the regions with obvious competitive advantage play the role of driving radiation, form the economic growth pole, and promote the economic development of the surrounding areas. The Northern Slope Economic Belt of Tianshan Mountain was put forward in the National West Development Plan in 2000. With its obvious resource advantage, regional advantage and strong economic strength, it becomes the "growth pole" of Xinjiang's economic development. With the increasing economic strength of the Tianbei Economic Belt, the scope of the Tianbei Economic Belt has been continuously expanded. In 2011, the Tianbei Economic Belt was divided into six economic zones according to their respective regional advantages and characteristics. This opened the prelude to the integration of the Tianbei economic belt. This paper first analyzes the development of economic integration at home and abroad, summarizes the different development models of economic integration at home and abroad; secondly, analyzes the development status of Tianbei economic belt. The paper draws the conclusion that the Tianbei economic belt needs the integration development, and then uses the factor analysis method and the social network analysis method to carry on the empirical analysis to the economic development level and the integration development level of the Tianbei economic belt respectively. Finally, the paper explores the mode of integrated development of Tianbei Economic Belt and puts forward relevant policy suggestions. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is: from the historical development of the northern slope economic belt of Tianshan Mountain, we can see that the integration development of the northern slope economic belt of Tianshan Mountain is an inevitable trend. The northern slope economic belt of Tianshan Mountain needs to combine the characteristics of its own development with different models of economic integration development at home and abroad to form a unique integrated development model. The integrated development of Tianbei economic belt will have a huge linkage effect, which will bring great impetus to promote the development of Xinjiang economy by leaps and bounds.
