创新驱动战略下国家高新区转型发展的方向及对策

【摘要】：创新驱动战略是国家发展的核心战略。创新驱动是国家发展战略与高新区转型升级的双重统一。国家高新区实施创新驱动战略的困难在于创新生态体系不健全、创新合作联动机制不完善、创新发展模式相对僵化等方面。经济新常态背景下国家高新区的转型发展需要以创新驱动理念为指导,构建创新生态环境体系以及区域协同创新共同体。
[Abstract]:Innovation-driven strategy is the core strategy of national development. Innovation drive is the dual unity of national development strategy and high-tech zone transformation and upgrading. The difficulties of implementing innovation-driven strategy in national high-tech zones lie in the imperfection of innovation ecological system, the imperfect linkage mechanism of innovation and cooperation, and the relative rigidity of innovation development model. Under the background of the new normal state of economy, the transformation and development of national high-tech zones need to be guided by the idea of innovation-driven, and the system of innovative ecological environment and the regional cooperative innovation community should be constructed.
