【摘要】：区域经济差异是区域经济发展中普遍存在的问题,它是经济学领域内的热点研究问题之一。改革开放35年以来,我国在实行非均衡发展战略、“先富带动后富”政策方针之后,全国经济发展水平得到了很大的提升,尤其是东、中部地区和沿海地区,经济发展速度迅猛,与之相比,我国西部地区经济发展水平明显处于落后状态。学者指出这主要是由于我国国土面积广大,各地资源分布有明显差异所引起的,且不同的经济基础以及政府政策导向都导致了差异的出现。陕西省作为西部地区的重要省份,经济发展速度一直位于西部省份前列,文章对比陕西省内各地区经济指标,发现各地区经济发展水平层次不齐,差距不断在加大,如若不尽快缩小各区域间发展差异,终将不利于陕西省经济长期稳定可持续发展。文章以缩小陕西省区域经济发展差异为研究目的,以陕西省政府所发布的陕西省区域划分表为研究单元,研究对象为陕西省三大区域以及11个地级市的各项经济指标,通过对数据的收集和整合来做静态和动态对比,并用统计软件SPSS分析多个指标数据,计算得出陕西省11个地级市的发展总评价分数和排名,比较分析汇总出发展良好的需要继续保持的地区以及发展落后急需要对策支持努力发展经济的地区。文章以经济学家们的现有理论为研究基础,对促进和限制陕西省三大区域经济发展的因素进行分析,主要是从资本产业结构、社会制度和自然条件这四个方面来研究,对个别因素采用大量的数据展开统计分析,得到各个因素对陕西省区域经济发展影响的作用程度。研究表明,人力资本禀赋差距以及三大产业结构、工业化水平等因素共同作用影响了陕西省各地区的经济发展水平在此基础上提出了相应的缩小陕西省区域经济差异的对策建议,这对陕西省乃至我国西部省区经济健康和谐可持续发展具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Regional economic difference is a common problem in the development of regional economy, and it is one of the hot research issues in the field of economics. After 35 years of reform and opening up, our country has implemented the policy of unbalanced development strategy and the policy of "getting rich first and driving after rich", and the level of national economic development has been greatly improved, especially in the eastern, central and coastal areas. Compared with the rapid economic development, the level of economic development in the western region of China is obviously in a backward state. Scholars pointed out that this is mainly due to the vast land area of our country and the obvious differences in the distribution of resources in various regions, and the different economic basis and government policy direction have led to the differences. Shaanxi Province, as an important province in the western region, has always been in the forefront of economic development in the western provinces. By comparing the economic indicators of various regions in Shaanxi Province, it is found that the level of economic development in each region is uneven and the gap is constantly widening. If we do not reduce the regional development differences as soon as possible, it will be unfavorable to the long-term stable and sustainable development of Shaanxi economy. The purpose of this paper is to narrow the regional economic development difference in Shaanxi Province, and take the regional division table issued by Shaanxi Provincial Government as the research unit. The research object is the economic indexes of three regions and 11 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province. Through the collection and integration of data to do static and dynamic comparison, with the statistical software SPSS analysis of multiple index data, calculated the development of 11 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province, the total evaluation score and ranking. The comparative analysis shows that the areas with good development need to be maintained and the areas with backward development need countermeasures to support the efforts to develop the economy. Based on the existing theories of economists, this paper analyzes the factors that promote and restrict the economic development of three major regions in Shaanxi Province, mainly from the four aspects of capital industrial structure, social system and natural conditions. Based on the statistical analysis of some factors, the influence of each factor on the regional economic development of Shaanxi Province is obtained. The research shows that the gap of human capital endowment and the three industrial structures, Factors such as the level of industrialization influence the level of economic development in various regions of Shaanxi Province. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for narrowing the regional economic differences in Shaanxi Province are put forward. This is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable economic development of Shaanxi Province and even the western provinces of China.
