呼包鄂经济圈回波—扩散效应研究

【摘要】：区域经济一体化是当今世界经济的重要趋势和特征，而增长极理论中的增长极对整个区域回波——扩散效应的发挥是区域经济一体化的理论基础。尽管内蒙古自治区近十年来经济快速发展，但是区内仍然存在不小的差异。自治区政府希望通过增强增长极的带动作用，以此提高其对整个区域经济的带动力。那么呼包鄂三市对周边地区的辐射带动作用如何？现阶段是回波占主导还是扩散占主导？如何解决增长极发展中回波效应的消极影响，加速回波向扩散转变等问题都将是未来研究的重要课题。本文研究基于区域经济学中区域增长极效应角度，依据佩鲁的增长极理论和缪尔达尔的循环累积因果理论以及弗里德曼的中心——外围模型，结合内蒙古地区呼包鄂经济圈实际状况，采用定性和定量的方法深入剖析呼包鄂经济圈内呼和浩特、鄂尔多斯、包头这三个核心城市对周边地区的回波、扩散效应。本文的研究具有一定的理论意义和现实意义，即通过定量分析证实三市对经济圈其他城市存在回波和扩散效应，通过相应的政策加速回波向扩散效应转化。论文核心包括几个部分：首先介绍了与本文研究直接相关或者是需要的基本理论。包括佩鲁的增长极理论、缪尔达尔的循环累积因果理论、威廉姆逊倒U型理论、弗里德曼的中心——外围模型以及中心地理论，还有国内的相关理论；其次，具体解释了回波效应和扩散效应的特征、特点等；再次介绍呼包鄂经济圈及呼包鄂三市的实际情况，通过对经济圈内资金、人口、技术及资源流动情况分析得出其存在的回波——扩散效应；最后，提出相应的政策建议，，加速回波向扩散效应转变，实现呼包鄂经济圈区域一体化。
[Abstract]:Regional economic integration is an important trend and characteristic of today's world economy, and the growth pole in the growth pole theory is the theoretical basis of regional economic integration. Although the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has developed rapidly in the past ten years, there are still no small differences in the region. Autonomous Region Government In the hope of enhancing the driving force of the growth pole, so as to improve its power to the whole region economy. Then how is the radiation driving effect of the Hubei three city on the surrounding area? Is the echo dominant or diffusion dominated at this stage? How to solve the negative effects of echo effect in the growth pole development and accelerate the transformation of echo to diffusion and so on All will be an important subject in the future research.
Based on the perspective of regional growth pole effect in regional economics, this paper, based on Peru's growth pole theory, Myrdal's cyclic cumulative causal theory and Freedman's central - peripheral model, combined with the actual situation of the Hubei economic circle in Inner Mongolia area, uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the economic circle of Hubao Hubei. The echoes and diffusion effects of the three core cities of Hohhot, Ordos and Baotou have a certain theoretical and practical significance. Through quantitative analysis, it is proved that the three cities have echo and diffusion effects on other cities in the economic circle, and the response of the corresponding policies to the diffusion effect is converted to the diffusion effect.
The core of the thesis consists of several parts: first, it introduces the basic theories that are directly related to the study and need, including Peru's theory of growth pole, Myrdal's cyclic cumulative causality theory, Williamson's inverted U theory, Freedman's center, peripheral model and central ground theory, and domestic related theories; At the same time, the characteristics and characteristics of echo effect and diffusion effect are explained, and the actual situation of Hubao Hubei economic circle and Hubao three city are introduced again, and the echo diffusion effect is obtained by analyzing the flow of capital, population, technology and resources in the economic circle. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward to accelerate the echo direction expansion. Change the dispersion effect and realize the regional integration of Hubao and Hubei economic circle.
