甘肃省城镇土地集约利用度与二三产业GDP空间差异研究

【摘要】：土地是经济活动得以进行的载体,伴随着经济的发展和社会的进步,土地对于人类的重要性日益彰显。鉴于土地资源的稀缺性,提高土地集约利用度,是促进经济又好又快发展的有效途径,而受地理位置、自然条件差异等因素的影响,土地集约利用度在不同地区也会有所差异。一般来说,经济越发达,尤其是二三产业发展水平越高,土地集约利度也就越高,但事实上两者在空间分布上并不完全一致,即便是二三产业GDP高的地区,土地集约利用度也不一定高。本文依据产业布局理论、土地规模报酬理论和经济发展理论,通过建立了土地集约利用评价指标体系,对甘肃省12个地级市进行了土地集约利用度测评,对各地区土地集约利用度和二三产业GDP空间差异特征进行了分析,并运用Pearson模型探讨了二三产业GDP对于甘肃省四大地区土地集约利用度影响程度的差异,分析造成差异的原因,针对性地提出促进甘肃省二三产业发展以及提高土地集约利用度的建议。本文主要研究结论如下： (1)甘肃省土地集约利用度和二三产业发展状况整体上在逐年改善,但整体水平偏低,各地区间土地集约利用度和二三产业GDP地区差异显著,具有明显的空间极化作用,土地集约利用水平整体表现为陇中地区河西地区陇东地区陇南地区的特点,二三产业GDP整体特点表现为陇中地区河西地区陇东地区陇南地区。 (2)甘肃省土地集约利用度和二三产业GDP空间分布差异显著,既包括同地区土地集约利用度和二三产业GDP两者分布的一致的区域,也存在同一地区土地集约利用度和二三产业GDP两者分布不一致的区域。 (3)通过对四大地区的二三产业GDP和土地集约利用度进行Pearson相关分析,表明二三产业GDP和土地集约利用度存在正相关,由此得出二三产业GDP的提高能够促进土地集约利用度的提高。 (4)促进土地集约利用与二三产业协调发展,必须因地制宜,制定合理的土地利用规划,转变经济增长方式,优化城镇用地结构,适当提高对土地资源的投入强度。
[Abstract]:Land is the carrier of economic activities. With the development of economy and the progress of society, the importance of land to human is becoming more and more obvious. In view of the scarcity of land resources, improving the intensive use of land is an effective way to promote the sound and rapid development of the economy. Due to the influence of geographical location, natural conditions and other factors, the degree of intensive land use will also be different in different regions. In general, the more developed the economy, especially the higher the level of development of the secondary and tertiary industries, the higher the intensity of land interest, but in fact the spatial distribution between the two is not exactly the same, even in areas with high GDP in the secondary and tertiary industries. Intensive land use is not necessarily high. Based on the industrial layout theory, land scale reward theory and economic development theory, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of land intensive utilization, and evaluates the land intensive utilization degree of 12 prefecture-level cities in Gansu province. This paper analyzes the spatial difference characteristics of land intensive utilization degree and second and third industry GDP in different regions, and probes into the difference of the influence degree of the second and third industry GDP on the land intensive utilization degree in four regions of Gansu Province by using Pearson model, and analyzes the causes of the difference. Some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the second and third industries and to improve the intensive land use in Gansu Province. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the land intensive utilization and the development of secondary and tertiary industries in Gansu Province as a whole have improved year by year, but the overall level is on the low side, and there are significant differences between different regions in land intensive utilization and secondary and tertiary industry GDP. The land intensive utilization level is characterized by the characteristics of Longnan region in Hexi region of Longzhong region, Longdong region, and Longnan region in the east of Gansu Province. The overall characteristics of the second and third industry GDP are as follows: (2) the spatial distribution of land intensive utilization degree and secondary and tertiary industry GDP in Gansu Province is significantly different from that in the east of Gansu Province. Including the same distribution of land intensive use and GDP of the second and third industries in the same region, There are also areas where the land intensive utilization degree and the second and third industry GDP distribution are not consistent in the same area. (3) Pearson correlation analysis on the second and third industry GDP and land intensive utilization degree of the four major regions is carried out. It shows that there is a positive correlation between the GDP of the second and third industries and the degree of intensive land use. It is concluded that the increase of GDP of the second and third industries can promote the improvement of the degree of intensive land use. (4) to promote the coordinated development of the intensive utilization of land and the secondary and third industries. It is necessary to formulate rational land use planning, to change the mode of economic growth, to optimize the structure of urban land use and to increase the input intensity of land resources according to local conditions.
