宁夏沿黄经济区产业集群化与城市化发展的关系研究

【摘要】：工业化与城市化是现代社会的标志,加快工业化与城市化的进程,不但是实现宁夏现代化的必由之路,还是宁夏实施西部大开发战略的客观要求。选择沿黄经济区作为带动宁夏区域整体经济发展的领头羊,依靠现有的区位及资源的优势条件,走新型集约化发展道路,提升城市的集聚与扩散效应,从而产生最大的经济和社会效益。本文通过运用比较研究法和实证研究法两种方法探究了产业集群化与城市化之间的关系,得出产业集群化的发展将会带动城市化的发展,反之,城市化的发展又会对产业集群的产生和发展具有推动作用。产业集群化与城市化形成了相辅相成,相互促进的互动关系。运用产业集群化理论进行指导,通过规划开发工业园区,吸纳外来资金,发展产业集群,努力承接东部发达地区的产业转移,合理布局,共同开发,从而拉动整个沿黄经济区工业化与城市化的发展。
[Abstract]:Industrialization and urbanization are the symbols of modern society. Speeding up the process of industrialization and urbanization is not only the only way to realize the modernization of Ningxia, but also the objective requirement of carrying out the strategy of western development in Ningxia. Choosing the economic zone along the Yellow River as the leader to drive the overall economic development of Ningxia region, relying on the advantages of the existing location and resources, taking a new way of intensive development, to enhance the urban agglomeration and diffusion effect, Thus producing the greatest economic and social benefits. This paper explores the relationship between industrial cluster and urbanization by means of comparative research and empirical research, and concludes that the development of industrial cluster will lead to the development of urbanization. The development of urbanization will promote the production and development of industrial clusters. Industrial clusters and urbanization form a mutually reinforcing and interactive relationship. Under the guidance of industrial cluster theory, through the planning and development of industrial parks, absorbing foreign funds, developing industrial clusters, striving to undertake industrial transfer in the eastern developed regions, rational distribution and joint development, So as to pull the entire economic zone along the development of industrialization and urbanization.
