区域绿色技术创新效率对生态效率的影响分析

【摘要】："创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的五大发展理念中,"创新"和"绿色"同等重要。但从实际情况看,一方面企业创新投入不断增加,另一方面生态环境持续恶化,"创新"和"绿色"并未实现协调发展。通过运用DEA-SBM模型与熵值法相结合的研究方法,对我国30个省(市)2005年-2013年的大中型企业绿色技术创新效率和区域生态效率进行测算的结果发现:我国的经济发展方式"绿色"程度不够,资源利用效率不高;期望产出对生态效率有明显促进作用,非期望产出对生态效率有抑制作用。绿色技术创新既能促进期望产出提高,又能降低非期望产出,所以绿色技术创新是提高我国生态效率的重要途径,但目前我国绿色技术创新对生态效率的促进作用偏低,亟待改善。
[Abstract]:Among the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", "innovation" and "green" are equally important. But from the actual situation, on the one hand, the enterprise innovation investment is increasing, on the other hand, the ecological environment continues to deteriorate, the "innovation" and "green" have not realized the coordinated development. By using DEA-SBM model and entropy method, From 2005 to 2013, the green technological innovation efficiency and regional ecological efficiency of large and medium-sized enterprises in 30 provinces (cities) of China are measured. The results show that the "green" degree of economic development mode in China is not enough, and the efficiency of resource utilization is not high; The expected output can obviously promote the ecological efficiency, and the non-expected output can inhibit the ecological efficiency. Green technological innovation can not only promote the increase of expected output, but also reduce the non-expected output. Therefore, green technological innovation is an important way to improve the ecological efficiency of our country, but at present, the role of green technological innovation in promoting ecological efficiency is low. There is an urgent need for improvement.
