中国分区域产业结构与经济增长研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,中国在经济总量增长上取得了举世瞩目的成就,经济结构也随之发生巨大变化。产业结构作为经济结构中的一个重要方面,对于经济增长的变化具有较大的影响,研究中国经济发展中的问题,必须包含产业结构的视角。 我国由于历史发展、资源禀赋及政策失衡等多方面原因,不同地区的产业结构存在着巨大的差异,与此同时,不同地区之间的经济增长速度以及经济发展水平也相差悬殊。尤其在改革开放以后,产业结构始终处在动态的变革之中,经济增速的变化往往与产业结构存在较强的相关性。 本文将产业结构分割为产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化两个方面,研究我国不同区域产业结构与经济增长之间的关系。本文的创新点在于优化了衡量产业结构的方法,以及在研究中加入了区域分析与比较。研究表明,我国的产业高级化对于经济增长起到了明显的促进作用,而产业合理化对经济增长的贡献并不大。从区域来看,东部的产业高级化和产业合理化对于经济增长都起到了正向的促进作用；中部的产业高级化阻碍了其经济增长,而产业合理化对经济增长影响较小；西部地区的产业高级化促进了当地的经济增长,但产业合理化进程对经济增长却起到了反向的阻碍效果。 本文共分为五个部分。第一部分是全文的导论,介绍本文的选题背景、研究思路以及研究方法。第二部分是理论研究综述,主要分为产业结构与经济增长关系的理论概述,以及中国产业结构与经济增长关系研究的文献综述。第三部分主要研究我国产业结构的现状,首先对新中国建国后产业结构的演变历史进行了回顾与总结,然后分别从产业结构高级化与产业结构合理化两个方面对我国的产业结构进行了测度与评价,并探究现状的内在原因。第四部分是对产业结构与经济增长关系的回归分析,利用改革开放后各省区的面板数据对全国以及东中西三个区域的现状进行研究。第五部分对于如何进行产业升级并从而促进经济增长给出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in gross economic growth, and the economic structure has also undergone tremendous changes. As an important aspect of economic structure, industrial structure has great influence on the change of economic growth. To study the problems in China's economic development, we must include the perspective of industrial structure. Due to the historical development, resource endowment and policy imbalance, there are great differences in the industrial structure of different regions. At the same time, the speed of economic growth and the level of economic development between different regions are also very different. Especially after the reform and opening up, the industrial structure is always in the dynamic change, the change of the economic growth rate often has strong correlation with the industrial structure. In this paper, the industrial structure is divided into two aspects: the upgrading of industrial structure and the rationalization of industrial structure, and the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth in different regions of China is studied. The innovation of this paper is to optimize the method of measuring industrial structure, and to add regional analysis and comparison to the research. The research shows that the industrial upgrading plays a significant role in promoting economic growth, but the contribution of industrial rationalization to economic growth is not great. From the regional point of view, the industrial upgrading and industrial rationalization in the east have played a positive role in promoting economic growth, while in the middle, industrial upgrading has hindered its economic growth, while industrial rationalization has little impact on economic growth. The industrial upgrading in the western region promotes the local economic growth, but the process of industrial rationalization hinders the economic growth in the opposite direction. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of the full text, introducing the background, research ideas and research methods of this paper. The second part is a review of theoretical research, mainly divided into the theoretical overview of the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth, as well as the literature review of the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth in China. The third part mainly studies the present situation of the industrial structure of our country. Firstly, it reviews and summarizes the evolution history of the industrial structure after the founding of the people's Republic of China. Then, the paper measures and evaluates the industrial structure of our country from the aspects of industrial structure upgrading and industrial structure rationalization, and probes into the internal reasons of the present situation. The fourth part is the regression analysis of the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth, using the panel data of the provinces and regions after the reform and opening to the outside world to study the current situation of the three regions of China, East and West. The fifth part gives some policy suggestions on how to upgrade industry and promote economic growth.
