【摘要】：目前,辽宁省经济、社会发展状况稳定,而工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化(以下简称"四化")的协调发展对促进社会、经济、生态建设协调发展有重要意义。随着"四化"各领域的不断交织,"四化"之间的关系变得更为错综复杂,"四化"的协调发展亦变得非常重要。虽然近些年来辽宁省的"四化"都在不同程度上得到了发展,但"四化"的协调发展程度并不是很高,各个地区的协调发展程度亦不均衡。论文主要根据前人的研究,通过整理文献数据、分析计算、得出结论,根据结论,总结出相应的政策。论文首先详细地整理和总结了国内外研究现状,尤其是在分析国内研究现状时,从政策支持、研究方向、研究重点、研究方法、结论展示五个方面出发,详细整理了近些年来学者的研究情况。综合国内外研究现状,得出相应的研究评述:从"四化"全面考虑,根据纵向和横向两个角度分析,选取适合所研究地区的综合指标体系,选择熵权法计算权重,选择耦合协调度法作为协调发展水平的计算方法,而计算结果的展示则选用雷达图和MapInfo制作的地图。其次,根据前人的研究,选取一个指标作为衡量"四化"目前发展形势的依据:工业化选取指标为第二产业占生产总值的比重;信息化选取指标为未来互联网用户数;城镇化以人口城镇化率为选取指标;农业现代化以农业机械总动力为选取指标,研究各个子系统从起步到至今的发展趋势,从研究数据可以看出,"四化"的发展趋势均有不同程度的波动,但总体发展状况处于不断上升的趋势。再次,选择适合辽宁省"四化"协调发展状况的测评方法,根据纵向测评和横向测评不同的角度分别建立相应的指标体系,再通过查找的数据进行包括指标数据处理、指标权重确定以及综合发展指数测算、协调度测算、协调发展度测算。进行详细的测评过程后,整理计算结果。对计算结果进行分析。根据横向和纵向两个角度,对辽宁省2005年-2014年十年和2014年14个地级市的"四化"各个子系统发展指数和综合协调发展度分别进行分析。辽宁省十年"四化"发展均逐步上升:城镇化基础最好,目前发展状况最好,农业现代化发展幅度最大,发展最快;"四化"协调发展度逐年上升:2005年-2007年为濒临失调,2008年-2009年为初级协调,2010年-2011年为良好协调,2012年-2014年为优质协调。2014年辽宁省14个地级市发展差异较大,沈阳市工业化、城镇化发展指数最高,大连市信息化发展最好,盘锦市农业现代化发展最好,铁岭市信息化发展指数最低,朝阳市城镇化发展最差,葫芦岛市工业化、农业现代化发展指数最低;大连市、沈阳市处于良好协调发展状态,营口市、鞍山市、本溪市、锦州市、抚顺市、丹东市、辽阳市、盘锦市处于初级协调发展层次,阜新市、铁岭市、朝阳市濒临失调,葫芦岛市处在轻度失调状态。最后,总结出辽宁省"四化"协调发展的相应对策:整体上,"四化"发展相互促进,相互制约,找到"四化"发展中的一个平衡点,是促进"四化"协调发展的关键点,使"四化"发展达到尽可能平衡的状态,良性循环;14个地级市则应找到自身优势,发挥优势的最大效应,取长补短,减少"四化"发展不平衡因素,促进"四化"协调发展,从而促进辽宁省整体的发展。
