中国高校数量规模对经济增长的空间溢出效应研究

【摘要】：基于修正的固定效应模型对我国1987-2015年31个省份的面板数据进行回归分析,研究高校数量对经济增长的空间溢出效应。研究发现:我国省域间的高校分布均存在显著且逐年增强的正向空间自相关性;我国省域高校数量规模对邻近省域和国内其他省域经济增长均有正向的空间溢出效应;高校数量规模对经济增长的空间溢出效应存在显著的差异,东部区域内的省域高校数量对其他省域经济增长呈现"负溢出"效应;高校数量的空间溢出效应在地区间呈现"单向溢出"的特点。提出高校数量规模的区域发展与国家主体功能区域战略相适应,合理扩大高校数量规模,优化高校区域分布结构,并引导高校毕业生到中西部地区就业等建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the modified fixed effect model, the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 1987 to 2015 were regressed to study the spatial spillover effect of the number of colleges and universities on economic growth. It is found that the distribution of colleges and universities in different provinces of China has a significant and increasing positive spatial autocorrelation, and that the number of colleges and universities in China has positive spatial spillover effects on the economic growth of neighboring provinces and other provinces in China. There are significant differences in the spatial spillover effects of the number of colleges and universities on the economic growth, and the "negative spillover" effect of the number of universities in the eastern region on the economic growth of other provinces; The spatial spillover effect of the number of colleges and universities is characterized by "one-way spillover" among regions. It is suggested that the regional development of the quantity scale of colleges and universities should be adapted to the regional strategy of the main function of the state, the rational expansion of the quantity scale of colleges and universities, the optimization of the regional distribution structure of colleges and universities, and the guidance of graduates to employment in the central and western regions.
