湘西州金融发展对经济增长的影响研究

【摘要】：金融是现代经济中调节宏观经济的重要杠杆，大量的研究表明，，良好的金融体系会对一个国家或地区的经济发展产生重要影响。目前，已有很多学者对我国各省区金融发展进行了大量研究，但由于各地区金融发展水平的差异和金融结构的不一致性以及所选取指标不同等因素，研究结果也各不相同。按照中央把集中连片特殊困难地区作为新阶段扶贫攻坚主战场的战略部署和国家区域发展的总体要求，决定率先启动武陵山片区区域发展与扶贫攻坚试点工作，为全国其他连片特困地区提供示范。对于地处武陵山片区中心地带的湘西州来说，是一个促进自身经济发展的契机。在这样的背景下，将影响湘西州经济发展的金融因素拿出来作为研究对象，研究其对经济增长的大小，并分析湘西州金融发展中存在的问题，具有较强的现实意义，有利于湘西州经济的持续稳定发展。本文首先通过分析湘西州的经济金融现状，可以看出在2001-2012年间湘西州经济虽然稳定增长，但整体经济总量偏小；金融现状问题突出，发展水平落后，辖内8个县市间的发展差异明显且问题突出。然后在经济增长和金融发展的理论基础上对湘西州金融发展对经济增长的影响进行实证分析，实证结果表明湘西州金融发展与经济增长之间为负相关关系，这说明湘西州金融发展没有促进本地区的经济增长。而后，本文对湘西州金融抑制问题进行了分析，并在此基础上对湘西州金融发展提出相关政策建议。结合实证分析，本文认为在结合湘西州自身的实际情况下应注重金融发展效率的提高和金融制度的完善，并在此基础上进行相应的金融创新，最终更为有效的促进湘西州的经济增长。
[Abstract]:Finance is an important lever to regulate macro-economy in modern economy. A large number of studies show that a good financial system will have an important impact on the economic development of a country or region. At present, many scholars have done a lot of research on the financial development of the provinces and regions in China, but the results are different because of the differences of the financial development level, the inconsistency of the financial structure and the different factors of the selected indicators. In accordance with the overall requirements of the Central Committee for the strategic deployment and overall regional development of the central authorities regarding the centralization of areas with special difficulties as the main battlefields for poverty alleviation in the new stage, it was decided to take the lead in launching the pilot work on regional development and poverty alleviation in the Wulingshan region. To provide a demonstration for other special hardship areas across the country. Xiangxi, located in the heart of Wuling Mountain, is an opportunity to promote its economic development. Against this background, it is of great practical significance to take out the financial factors that affect the economic development of Xiangxi Prefecture, to study the magnitude of its economic growth, and to analyze the problems existing in the financial development of Xiangxi. It is conducive to the sustained and stable development of the economy of Xiangxi Prefecture. Firstly, by analyzing the current economic and financial situation in Xiangxi, we can see that the economic growth of Xiangxi during 2001-2012 is stable, but the overall economic aggregate is on the low side; the problems of financial situation are prominent, and the level of development is backward. The development difference between 8 counties and cities in the jurisdiction is obvious and the problem is prominent. Then on the basis of the theory of economic growth and financial development, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of financial development on economic growth in Xiangxi Prefecture. The empirical results show that there is a negative correlation between financial development and economic growth in Xiangxi Prefecture. This shows that the financial development of Xiangxi did not promote the region's economic growth. Then, this paper analyzes the problem of financial suppression in Xiangxi, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations on the financial development of Xiangxi. Combining with the empirical analysis, this paper holds that the improvement of financial development efficiency and the perfection of financial system should be paid attention to in the light of the actual situation of Xiangxi prefecture, and on the basis of this, the corresponding financial innovation should be carried out. Finally, more effectively promote the economic growth of Xiangxi.
