金融中介与经济增长质量——基于中国省级样本的经验研究

【摘要】：本文利用中国大陆28个省级样本2001-2015年的数据,考察了金融中介对经济增长质量的影响。结果表明:金融中介发展显著提升了经济增长的质量。在资金吸纳环节,动员社会资金功能与增长质量正相关,其贡献主要来自对增长稳定性的提升;动员居民储蓄功能与增长质量负相关,其不利影响主要来自对增长可持续性的冲击。在资金投放环节,投资转化功能与增长质量正相关,显著提升了增长的可持续性;资金配置功能与增长质量正相关,对增长效率、稳定性和可持续性均产生了积极影响。鼓励针对非居民的金融产品创新,适当放松资本充足率管制,提升非国有部门的授信比例,有助于提升经济增长的质量。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from 28 provincial samples in mainland China from 2001 to 2015, this paper examines the influence of financial intermediation on the quality of economic growth. The results show that the development of financial intermediation has significantly improved the quality of economic growth. In the link of capital absorption, the function of mobilizing social funds is positively related to the quality of growth, and its contribution mainly comes from the promotion of stability of growth, and the function of mobilizing residents' savings is negatively correlated with the quality of growth. The adverse effects come mainly from the impact on the sustainability of growth. In the link of capital investment, the function of investment transformation is positively related to the quality of growth, and the function of fund allocation is positively related to the quality of growth, which has a positive impact on the efficiency, stability and sustainability of growth. Encouraging the innovation of financial products for non-residents, loosening the capital adequacy ratio and increasing the credit ratio of non-state-owned sector will help to improve the quality of economic growth.
