新疆城乡居民收入差距比较分析

【摘要】：改革开放以来，我国经济实力不断提高，人民生活水平得到极大的改善，但城乡居民收入差距不断拉大，这一现象不仅影响着社会的稳定而且也制约着经济建设的发展。当前，在新的历史时期，党的十八大提出，到2020年要实现国内生产总值和城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番的目标。而新疆在我国占有重要的战略地位，，不仅是少数民族聚居区，而且也是贫困人口相对较多的省份之一，收入差距的进一步扩大会成为一系列社会矛盾的诱因。因此，研究当前新疆城乡收入差距，对实现新疆跨越式发展与长治久安都有着十分重要的现实意义。本文的核心内容是比较分析城乡居民收入差距，立足于新疆经济社会发展现状，采用文献研究、定性与定量分析、实证分析与规范分析相结合的方法，结合新疆统计年鉴、新疆各地州统计公报内容提取相关数据，进行城镇居民与农村居民家庭收入来源分析、全国31省市城乡居民收入差距比较分析、新疆14地州城乡居民收入差距比较分析，采用因子分析法基于时间序列数据对城乡收入差距的变化趋势进行综合分析。城乡居民收入差距分析的出发点和立足点是在于解决进一步有效缩小城乡收入差距问题。通过分析中找出城乡居民收入差距形成的自然、经济、政策、人文和社会环境等各个方面的原因。最后结合新疆实际情况，提出缩小新疆城乡居民收入差距的对策和建议。坚持可持续发展理念；增强经济实力；改革政策制度；不断完善城乡的社会保障制度体系；抓好教育工程。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic strength has been continuously improved, the people's living standards have been greatly improved, but the income gap between urban and rural residents has been widening. This phenomenon not only affects the social stability but also restricts the development of economic construction. At present, in the new historical period, the 18th National Congress of the Party proposed to achieve the goal of doubling the gross domestic product (GDP) and per capita income of urban and rural residents as compared with 2010 by 2020. Xinjiang occupies an important strategic position in our country. It is not only a minority area, but also one of the provinces with relatively large number of poor people. The further expansion of income gap will become the cause of a series of social contradictions. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the income gap between urban and rural areas in Xinjiang. The core content of this paper is to compare and analyze the income gap between urban and rural residents, based on the current situation of economic and social development in Xinjiang, using the methods of literature research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis, combined with the Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook. Relevant data are extracted from the statistical bulletin of all the states in Xinjiang, the income sources of urban and rural residents are analyzed, the income gap between urban and rural residents in 31 provinces and cities in China is compared and analyzed, and the income gap between urban and rural residents in 14 prefectures of Xinjiang is compared and analyzed. Factor analysis is used to analyze the trend of income gap in urban and rural areas based on time series data. The starting point and foothold of the analysis of income gap between urban and rural residents is to solve the problem of further effectively narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. Through the analysis, we find out the natural, economic, policy, humanities and social environment of the income gap between urban and rural residents. Finally, according to the actual situation in Xinjiang, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in Xinjiang. Adhere to the concept of sustainable development; strengthen the economic strength; reform the policy system; constantly improve the urban and rural social security system; grasp the education project.
