金砖国家非均衡性互补及产能合作研究

【摘要】：世界经济环境的变化客观上为金砖国家合作提供了新动能,国别间的互补性使产能合作拥有更为广阔的发展潜力。根据经济增长活力、产业结构、人口与劳动力素质、资源与商品等方面的比较分析,表明金砖国家之间存在明显的非均衡性差异。因此,中国与金砖国家产能合作应该按照彼此不同的比较优势和基础条件,结合各国经济发展的实际需要,在贸易、投资与合作的方式和领域上有所区别,采取互补型贸易、梯度型转移和产业链分工三种路径,垂直型与水平型转移各有侧重,地理空间和产业领域相互契合,以进一步提高中国与金砖国家产能合作的针对性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The changes in the world economic environment objectively provide new momentum for BRICS cooperation, and the complementarity among countries makes the cooperation of production capacity have broader development potential. Therefore, according to their different comparative advantages and basic conditions, combined with the actual needs of the economic development of each country, China and BRICS countries should adopt three paths: complementary trade, gradient transfer and industrial chain division of labor, vertical and horizontal transfer. Each has its own emphasis, and the geographical space and industrial areas are mutually compatible to further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of China-BRICS capacity cooperation.
