中国科研团队在科技创新人才成长过程中的“襄助效应”研究

【摘要】:通过对单干个人和团队襄助下个人的创新能力成长变化进行建模比较,结果显示:中国科研团队在科技创新人才成长过程中发挥了非常显著的襄助作用。具体表现为:与单干科技人才相比,团队襄助情况下科技创新人才的创新能力起步更早、衰退更晚,创新黄金期更长,创新能力峰值更早来临且峰值水平更高;在任何一个年龄点上,团队襄助情况下科技人才的创新能力都要更强。因此,加强教育领域和科研部门的团队建设,可以也应当成为中国高层次科技人才培养的重要途径。
[Abstract]:By modeling and comparing the growth of individual innovation ability with the help of individual and team, the results show that the Chinese scientific research team has played a very significant role in the growth of scientific and technological innovation talents. The concrete performance is as follows: compared with the single person of science and technology, the innovation ability of scientific and technological innovation talents starts earlier, recedes later, the golden period of innovation is longer, and the peak value of innovation ability comes earlier and the peak level is higher; At any age point, team support in the case of scientific and technological talents to be more innovative ability. Therefore, strengthening the team building in the field of education and scientific research departments can and should be an important way to train high-level scientific and technological talents in China.
