焦作市生态足迹动态分析及预测研究

【摘要】:资源和环境问题伴随城市化的迅速发展日益突出,可持续发展问题随之日益备受重视。党的十七大、十八大连续提及生态文明建设,生态文明建设问题不容忽视。焦作市依托煤炭资源兴起,煤炭在其以往社会及经济发展中发挥着中流砥柱作用。作为资源型城市典型代表之一,随着资源不断枯竭、环境不断破坏、生态恶化,经济、资源及环境协调可持续发展问题日益凸显,因此对生态可持续发展的研究具有重要意义。通过国内外研究综述及相关理论分析,本文采用定性与定量、静态与动态相结合、统一的分析方法,构建生态足迹评价模型来动态分析研究焦作市2006-2012年生态可持续发展现状。分析焦作市人均生态足迹的相关影响因素及各因素间内在关系,并根据各因素间内在关系及变化特点进一步建立相应预测模型预测未来焦作市生态足迹发展趋势。研究结果显示焦作市在研究范围及未来预测区间内生态赤字化问题严重,据此针对焦作市出现的严重化生态赤字这一分析结果,从人口、能源、产业结构及政府等方面提出生态可持续的发展对策。
[Abstract]:Along with the rapid development of urbanization, the problem of resources and environment is becoming more and more prominent, and the problem of sustainable development has been paid more and more attention. The 17th National Congress of the Party and the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned the construction of ecological civilization continuously, and the construction of ecological civilization should not be ignored. Jiaozuo rely on the rise of coal resources, coal in its previous social and economic development plays a mainstay role. As one of the typical representatives of resource-based cities, with the continuous depletion of resources, environmental destruction, ecological deterioration, economic, resource and environmental coordination of sustainable development issues are increasingly prominent, so the study of ecological sustainable development is of great significance. Through the domestic and foreign research summary and the related theory analysis, this paper adopts the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the static and the dynamic union, unifies the analysis method, constructs the ecological footprint appraisal model to dynamically analyze and study the Jiaozuo city 2006-2012 ecological sustainable development present situation. Based on the analysis of the related factors and the internal relations among the factors, the corresponding prediction model is established to predict the development trend of the ecological footprint in Jiaozuo City in the future. The results of the study show that the ecological deficit in Jiaozuo City is serious in the range of research and the future forecast interval. According to the analysis result of the serious ecological deficit in Jiaozuo City, from the view of population and energy, Industrial structure and government put forward ecological sustainable development countermeasures.
