地区经济发展与银行不良资产变动关系研究

【摘要】：本文以国内外相关的研究成果和理论作为理论基础,首先对地区经济发展和银行不良资产的相互影响做了定性分析,指出地区经济发展与银行信贷相互影响,银行信贷会随着经济发展状况波动,并反作用于经济发展状况;地区经济发展对银行不良资产从金融市场环境、银行信贷资产质量和银行不良资产比例这几个方面进行影响;同时指出,银行不良资产存在着抑制信贷发放,影响金融稳定和造成通货膨胀或通货紧缩等渠道影响地区经济发展。其后,以郑州地区为对象,对该地区的经济发展与银行不良资产之间的变动关系进行了实证研究,实证研究的结果表明,郑州地区的经济发展与银行不良资产变动之间存在着长期的影响关系,同时,这种关系根据不同时期呈现出不同的影响。最后,根据实证分析的结果,从政府和银行两个层面提出了对策建议。政府层面,一是正确处理地区经济发展和银行不良资产的关系;二是提高全要素生产率,增强经济发展驱动力;三是促进金融市场发展和信用环境建设。银行层面,一是提升银行内部管控能力;二是强化应对经济发展变化的风险控制;三是正确处理信贷资产和信贷投放。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant research results and theories at home and abroad, this paper firstly makes a qualitative analysis of the interaction between regional economic development and non-performing assets of banks, and points out that regional economic development and bank credit affect each other. The bank credit will fluctuate with the economic development and react to the economic development, the regional economic development will influence the bad assets of the bank from the financial market environment, the quality of the bank credit assets and the proportion of the bad assets of the bank. At the same time, it is pointed out that the bad assets of the banks have some channels such as restraining the credit extending, affecting the financial stability and causing inflation or deflation to affect the regional economic development. Then, taking Zhengzhou area as the object, the paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the economic development of the region and the change of non-performing assets of banks, and the results of the empirical study show that, There is a long-term influence relationship between the economic development of Zhengzhou area and the change of non-performing assets of banks. At the same time, the relationship shows different influences according to different periods. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the government and banks. At the government level, one is to correctly deal with the relationship between regional economic development and non-performing assets of banks, the other is to improve the total factor productivity and enhance the driving force of economic development; third, to promote the development of financial markets and the construction of credit environment. At the bank level, one is to enhance the bank's internal control ability; the other is to strengthen the risk control to cope with the economic development and change; third, to deal with the credit assets and credit investment correctly.
