中国城市化与经济发展相关关系探析

【摘要】：从经济学的角度出发,城市化是在空间体系下的一种经济转化过程。它是一个由以传统农业、手工业为主的农村社会逐步走向以高效现代的工业和服务业为主的城市社会的过程,这个过程涵盖了地区人口从事的职业的变化、产业结构的升级、人们生活方式的改变以及土地与地域空间等方面的变化。经济发展,它是一个国家逐步走出贫穷稳步迈向现代化的过程。经济发展不仅意味着经济产出总量的增加,还意味着了人们生活的质量得到提高以及福利得到改善等方面。经济发展的最终目的就是要提高经济增长的质量,使得人们的生活水平得到改善。 推进城市化进程对经济发展产生什么影响?一些研究认为,推进城市化进程不仅可以彻底转变城乡二元经济结构,而且还能够有效地解决需求不足等问题,达到促进经济不断增长的目的。但是经济增长水平的提高并不代表经济实现了全面地发展,经济增长只是经济发展在量上的体现。公平与效率是社会经济活动中最基本的矛盾之一,经济社会的可持续发展必须建立在正确处理二者之间的关系的基础上。因此,本文利用经济增长指标来代表经济发展的效率以及城乡收入差距来代表经济发展的公平,在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,分析城市化与经济增长和城市化与城乡收入差距之间的关系,进一步明确了当前中国的城市化与经济发展之间的相关关系。 通过本文的实证分析,得出结果：中国的城市化水平的提高能够有效地促进经济增长,却使得城乡收入差距不断地扩大,加重了社会的不公平性。基于研究结果,我们提出适合我国国情的城市化发展的相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:From the angle of economics, urbanization is a process of economic transformation under the space system. It is a process from a rural society dominated by traditional agriculture and handicrafts to a urban society dominated by efficient and modern industry and services. This process covers the changes in occupation and upgrading of the industrial structure of the local population. Changes in people's way of life and changes in land and regional space. Economic development, it is a country step by step out of poverty to the process of modernization. Economic development means not only the increase of total economic output, but also the improvement of people's quality of life and welfare. The ultimate goal of economic development is to improve the quality of economic growth and improve people's living standards. What is the impact of urbanization on economic development? Some studies hold that the process of urbanization can not only completely change the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas, but also effectively solve the problem of insufficient demand, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting economic growth. But the improvement of the level of economic growth does not mean the overall development of the economy, economic growth is only the embodiment of economic development in quantity. Fairness and efficiency are one of the most basic contradictions in social and economic activities. The sustainable development of economic society must be based on correctly handling the relationship between them. Therefore, this paper uses the economic growth index to represent the efficiency of economic development and the urban-rural income gap to represent the fairness of economic development. This paper analyzes the relationship between urbanization and economic growth, urbanization and urban-rural income gap, and further clarifies the correlation between urbanization and economic development in China. Through the empirical analysis of this paper, the results are as follows: the improvement of urbanization level in China can effectively promote economic growth, but make the income gap between urban and rural areas continue to expand, aggravating the social unfairness. Based on the research results, we put forward relevant policy recommendations for urbanization development suitable for China's national conditions.
