“一带一路”背景下企业海外投资风险评估模型研究

【摘要】：自"一带一路"战略实施以来,中国企业逐渐掀起了海外投资的热潮。但随着世界政治和经济形势的日益复杂多变,大大提高了我国企业海外投资风险的发生概率。鉴于此,在前人相关研究成果的基础上,总结中国企业海外投资经验,运用盲数理论和离差Delphi法等数学工具,构建了中国企业海外投资风险评价模型,并运用实证和比较的检验方法,验证了该模型的有效性和科学性。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of Belt and Road's strategy, Chinese enterprises have gradually set off the upsurge of overseas investment. However, with the increasing complexity of the world political and economic situation, the probability of overseas investment risk of Chinese enterprises has been greatly increased. In view of this, on the basis of previous relevant research results, this paper summarizes the overseas investment experience of Chinese enterprises, and constructs a risk assessment model of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises by using blind number theory and deviation Delphi method. The validity and scientific nature of the model are verified by using empirical and comparative test methods.
