基于SD的煤炭矿区循环经济系统评价研究

【摘要】:目前我国经济快速发展,农业现代化、城镇化、工业化进程不断推进,对于资源、能源的需求力度不断加大。随着资源、能源的开采利用,废弃物排放量不断增加,急剧增长的经济需求和不断增加的环境问题之间的矛盾日益加剧,发展循环经济、推进节能减排、加快经济发展方式转变,是我国当前的重要战略决策,对实现整个社会的可持续发展具有重大意义。 煤炭工业是我国经济发展的支柱产业、基础产业,发展煤炭产业循环经济是构建循环型工业体系的重要组成部分,本文以循环经济理论、系统理论为基础,,从系统的角度对矿区循环经济发展的探讨与分析具有一定现实意义。 文章系统地阐述了循环经济理论,将循环经济理论运用到煤炭矿区循环经济发展,分析矿区循环经济国内外研究现状,得出现有研究对矿区循环经济的三大类界定:(1)依据循环经济理论“3R”原则,构建循环利用资源、产品的反馈式回路;(2)依据复杂性理论,构建由资源、环境、经济、人口等子系统耦合形成的矿区循环经济系统;(3)依据生态经济理论,矿区循环经济实质上是一种生态经济。从系统理论的角度,更加深入地研究了煤炭矿区和煤炭矿区循环经济的内涵,结合煤炭矿区实际,详细研究煤炭矿区循环经济系统的组成、特征及功能,构建煤炭矿区循环经济系统结构体系,丰富了煤炭矿区循环经济系统理论。 阐述了系统动力学理论,介绍了系统动力学建模基本步骤以及Vensim-PLE软件的使用方法。依据矿区循环经济系统的内涵,明确建模目的、要解决的实际问题和系统边界,构建其SD模拟、评价模型,并详细阐述模型有效性检验的过程。以龙口矿区为例,检验模型有效性,并进行实证研究。仿真模拟龙口矿区当前经济发展状况,调控模型主要参数,设计矿区的快速发展方案和协调发展方案。通过对比研究三种方案,对矿区发展循环经济提供相关对策及建议,为煤炭矿区推进节能减排、实现可持续发展提供现实依据。
[Abstract]:At present, China's rapid economic development, agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization process continues to advance, the demand for resources, energy continues to increase. Economy, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, speeding up the transformation of economic development mode is an important strategic decision of our country at present, which is of great significance to the realization of sustainable development of the whole society.
Coal industry is the pillar industry of China's economic development, the basic industry, the development of coal industry circular economy is an important part of building a circular industrial system, this paper based on the theory of circular economy, system theory, from a systematic point of view of circular economy in mining areas to explore and analyze the development of practical significance.
This paper systematically expounds the theory of circular economy, applies the theory of circular economy to the development of circular economy in coal mining areas, analyzes the research status of circular economy in mining areas at home and abroad, and draws three kinds of definitions of circular economy in mining areas: (1) According to the "3R" principle of circular economy theory, constructs the feedback loop of recycling resources and products. (3) According to the eco-economic theory, the circular economy in mining area is essentially an eco-economy. From the angle of system theory, the connotation of circular economy in coal mining area and coal mining area is further studied. Considering the actual situation of coal mining area, the composition, characteristics and functions of circular economy system in coal mining area are studied in detail, and the structure system of circular economy system in coal mining area is constructed, which enriches the theory of circular economy system in coal mining area.
This paper expounds the theory of system dynamics, introduces the basic steps of system dynamics modeling and the use method of Vensim-PLE software. According to the connotation of mining area circular economy system, the purpose of modeling is clarified, the practical problems to be solved and the boundary of the system are defined, its SD simulation and evaluation model are constructed, and the process of validation of the model is elaborated in detail. Taking Longkou mining area as an example, the validity of the model is tested and the empirical research is carried out. The current economic development situation of Longkou mining area is simulated, the main parameters of the model are adjusted and controlled, the rapid development plan and the coordinated development plan of the mining area are designed. It provides realistic basis for achieving sustainable development.
