“新经济”发展:一般规律与中国特色

【摘要】：欧美日等发达国家及地区发展新经济的基本经验既体现在为创造新的需求而催生的新技术与新业态,又表现在为降低成本而激发新技术、新模式、新平台,更表现为依靠资源跨界的整合效应来拓展更新技术、模式、业态、平台的应用空间。其"新经济"发展的一般规律主要体现为市场主导的多主体分工联动、产业组织形式呈现网络化和生态化的转变、企业的管理模式由规模经济主动的生产者驱动逐步转为由范围经济主导的消费者驱动、创新要素积累和激活等方面。充分吸收欧美日等发达国家及地区发展"新经济"的经验,在结合我国国情的基础上,应通过要素培育、深化改革、强化载体规划建设等途径发展"新经济"。
[Abstract]:The basic experience of developing new economy in developed countries and regions, such as Europe, America and Japan, is embodied not only in the new technology and new business form which is born to create new demand, but also in stimulating new technology, new mode and new platform in order to reduce the cost. The general law of the development of "new economy" is mainly embodied in the linkage of multi-subject division of labor led by the market, and the transformation of the industrial organization form in the form of network and ecology. To fully absorb the experience of developed countries and regions such as Europe, America and Japan in developing "new economy", we should develop "new economy" through the cultivation of elements, deepening reform and strengthening carrier planning and construction on the basis of combining with the national conditions of our country.
