财富创造与供给侧改革

【摘要】：从财富创造理论的历史发展过程可以发现,"互联网是财富之母,创新是财富之父"是新时代财富创造最集中的本质表现,供给侧改革应该围绕新财富时代的本质作一个长远的制度安排。面对新常态下经济发展的现实挑战,必须突出新财富时代经济发展的三大战略重点,即市场、互联网和创新,并以此为基础设计供给侧改革的具体方案。
[Abstract]:From the historical development of wealth creation theory, we can find that "Internet is the mother of wealth, innovation is the father of wealth" is the most concentrated essence of wealth creation in the new era. Supply-side reform should focus on the nature of the new wealth era to make a long-term institutional arrangement. In the face of the real challenge of economic development under the new normal, it is necessary to highlight the three strategic emphases of economic development in the new wealth era, that is, market, Internet and innovation, and on this basis design the concrete scheme of supply-side reform.
