成渝城市群土地利用与生态经济发展协调度测度

【摘要】：为考察城市群的资源协调利用状况,在界定土地集约利用与生态经济协调发展内涵的基础上,基于数据包络分析模型与纵横向拉开档次法,运用逼近理想解排序法构建了协调性测度模型,分析了成渝城市群协调发展水平的时空分异特征。结果显示:成渝城市群的协调发展趋势与区域生态效率变化一致,二者呈现相互促进的正相关关系,但协调发展状况与城市土地集约利用水平的变化不一致;成渝城市群土地利用与生态经济之间的协调发展状况总体上呈现下降的趋势;样本期内,成都、达州、资阳三地的协调水平较高,眉山、乐山的协调水平较低。据此认为,成渝城市群区域生态效率的改善是城市土地集约利用的必要条件,二者的协调发展必须以改善生态环境为前提,并且应建立环境友好型土地利用模式,促进成渝城市群土地的集约利用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the coordinated utilization of resources in urban agglomeration, on the basis of defining the connotation of land intensive utilization and eco-economic coordinated development, based on the data envelopment analysis model and the longitudinal and horizontal scale method, The coordination measure model is constructed by using the method of approximate ideal solution ranking, and the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics of the coordinated development level of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration are analyzed. The results show that the coordinated development trend of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is consistent with the change of regional ecological efficiency, and the two have a positive correlation with each other, but the coordinated development status is not consistent with the change of urban land intensive utilization level. In the sample period, the coordination level of Chengdu, Dazhou and Ziyang is higher, while the coordination level of Meishan and Leshan is lower. It is concluded that the improvement of regional ecological efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is a necessary condition for intensive utilization of urban land, and the coordinated development of both must be based on the improvement of ecological environment, and the environment-friendly land use mode should be established. To promote the intensive use of land in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.
