外商直接投资对重庆城乡收入差距的影响研究

【摘要】：本文期望从重庆市现实经济环境角度出发,结合历史数据对重庆市外资引进和城乡收入差距的关系进行简单的探讨。通过对重庆市37个区县的2006—2015年的截面数据的实证分析,以城乡收入差为被解释变量,外商直接投资为解释变量,重庆市产业结构、经济发展状况、金融业发展状况、城镇化水平、外贸依存度、农业商品率、人均资本存量和教育水平这8个控制变量进行实证进行分析。文章分为六部分完成,第一部分为绪论,主要分析本文写作背景意义和主要介绍本文主要内容。第二部分为文献综述和文献述评,可以概括为(l)国外学者大多数认为外商直接投资对东道国的收入差距具有抑制作用,也有不少学者认为外商直接投资扩大了当地收入差距,极少部分学者认为两者根本没有太多的联系;(2)国内学者大多数也认为外商直接投资与城乡收入差距呈现负相关,有的学者从区域层面分别讨论了中东西部地区两者之间的关系。第三部分为外商直接投资对城乡收入差距影响的理论分析。第四部分为重庆市引进外资对城乡收入差距的影响分析,得出:(1)重庆市外资来源主要来源于香港;(2)重庆市外商直接投资以中外合资经营企业和外商直接投资独资企业方式为主要投资方式进行投资;(3)重庆市外商直接投资产业分布不均,主要集中在第三产业上,且产业内部分布也不均,第三产业中主要集中于房地产业。第五部分为实证分析,得出的结论是(1)外商直接投资拉大了城乡收入差距;(2)二、三产业比重越大,城乡收入差距越大;(3)经济发展扩大了城乡收入差距。第六部分为结论,主要是对第5章实证结果进行分析,根据实际情况解释了实证结果,根据实证结果提出了相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper looks forward to a brief discussion on the relationship between the introduction of foreign capital and the income gap between urban and rural areas in Chongqing from the point of view of Chongqing's real economic environment and historical data. Based on the empirical analysis of cross-section data from 2006 to 2015 in 37 districts and counties of Chongqing, this paper takes the urban-rural income gap as the explanatory variable, foreign direct investment as the explanatory variable, the industrial structure of Chongqing, the economic development and the development of the financial industry. The urbanization level, foreign trade dependence, agricultural commodity rate, per capita capital stock and education level are analyzed empirically. The article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly analyzes the background significance of this paper and mainly introduces the main content of this paper. The second part is literature review and literature review, which can be summarized as that most foreign scholars of (l) think that FDI can restrain the income gap of host country, and many scholars think that FDI widens the local income gap. Few scholars think that there is not too much connection between the two. (2) most of the domestic scholars also think that FDI and urban-rural income gap have negative correlation, some scholars discuss the relationship between them from the regional level. The third part is the theoretical analysis of the influence of foreign direct investment on the income gap between urban and rural areas. The fourth part is the analysis of the influence of foreign capital on the income gap between urban and rural areas in Chongqing. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the main sources of foreign investment in Chongqing come from Hong Kong; (2) the foreign direct investment in Chongqing is mainly invested by Sino-foreign joint ventures and wholly owned foreign direct investment enterprises; (3) the distribution of foreign direct investment industries in Chongqing is uneven. Mainly concentrated in the tertiary industry, and the internal distribution of the industry is uneven, the tertiary industry is mainly concentrated in the real estate industry. The fifth part is the empirical analysis, the conclusion is: (1) FDI widens the urban-rural income gap; (2) the bigger the proportion of the second and third industries, the greater the urban-rural income gap; (3) the economic development expands the urban-rural income gap. The sixth part is the conclusion, mainly carries on the analysis to the chapter 5 empirical result, has explained the empirical result according to the actual situation, has proposed the corresponding countermeasure suggestion according to the empirical result.
