基于偏离份额模型的北京市四大功能区产业增长分析

【摘要】：在梳理国内产业增长相关研究的基础上,利用偏离份额模型,探讨主体功能区战略实施以来北京市各功能区的产业增长贡献、结构发展及竞争力演化情况。结果表明:(1)四大功能区共同促进全市经济增长,并以城市功能拓展区的贡献最大。首都功能核心区、城市功能拓展区的产业结构优于城市发展新区和生态涵养发展区,城市功能拓展区和生态涵养发展区的对外竞争力提升明显。(2)金融业,信息传输、计算机服务和软件业,工业分别对首都功能核心区、城市功能拓展区、城市发展新区的经济增长贡献最大,其发展基本符合功能定位;而生态涵养发展区以工业和建筑业为主,与功能区定位尚有偏差。(3)建议未来首都功能核心区重点优化金融业、租赁与商务服务业等优势产业;城市功能拓展区继续强化信息传输、计算机服务和软件业等重点产业;城市发展新区加快新城建设和基础设施建设;生态涵养发展区积极发展特色种养业、旅游、康体、休闲等朝阳产业。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the related research of domestic industrial growth, this paper discusses the contribution of industrial growth, structural development and competitive evolution of each functional area in Beijing since the implementation of the strategy of the main function area by using the deviation share model. The results are as follows: (1) the four functional districts promote the economic growth of the whole city together, and the urban functional development area contributes the most. The industrial structure of the capital functional core area and the urban functional development area is superior to that of the new urban development area and the ecological conservation development area. The external competitiveness of the urban functional development area and the ecological conservation development area is obviously enhanced. (2) Financial industry, information transmission, The computer services and software industries have contributed the most to the economic growth of the capital functional core area, the urban functional expansion area, and the new urban development area, respectively, and their development basically conforms to the functional orientation, while the ecological conservation and development areas are dominated by industry and construction. There is still a deviation from the location of the functional areas. (3) it is suggested that the future capital functional core areas should focus on optimizing the financial industry, leasing and business service industries, and that the urban functional development areas should continue to strengthen the key industries, such as information transmission, computer service and software industry, etc. The urban development new area speeds up the new town construction and the infrastructure construction; the ecological conservation development area positively develops the characteristic planting and raising industry, the traveling, the recreation, the leisure and so on sunrise industry.
