中国对俄直接投资对俄中双边贸易的影响

【摘要】：近年来,中国在全球贸易一体化的背景下,不断加大海外投资,海外投资的数量和规模都呈现出上升的趋势,对于不断促进中国经济的可持续发展发挥了重要作用。作为世界上影响力最大的国家之一,俄罗斯是中国最大的邻国,也是一个资源大国,其经济发展对中国也产生了非常重要的影响,两国之间的双边贸易额不断增长,从2011年的422亿美元增长到2014年的952.8亿美元,预计到2020年将达2000亿美元。中国已经成为俄罗斯的第一大贸易伙伴。但是2014年中国对俄罗斯的直接投资额仅40.8亿美元,与日本等发达国家相比,中国对俄罗斯的直接投资额还是比较少的,还处于初级阶段,在对俄罗斯的直接投资中也面临着很多的问题。因此,深入分析中国对俄罗斯的直接投资对俄中两国贸易的影响,加强与俄罗斯的对外贸易合作对于促进两国经济和政治上的交流,具有非常重大的意义。论文共分绪言、正文五章以及结论计七个部分。第一部分,绪言。主要介绍了选题的背景和意义,同时对相关研究文献进行了梳理,并指出了本论文研究的主要内容和研究方法。第二部分,研究的理论基础。其中涵盖了贸易与投资替代学说、贸易与投资互补学说以及相关理论。第三部分,对中国对俄罗斯直接投资及双边贸易现状进行了分析,该部分阐述了中国对俄罗斯直接投资现状以及俄中双边贸易发展历程及现状等。第四部分,对中国对俄直接投资以及俄中双边贸易两个方面存在的问题进行分析。第五部分对中国对俄直接投资对俄中双边贸易影响进行了深入分析,首先介绍了直接投资影响双边贸易的作用机理,在此基础上从俄中贸易规模和贸易结构分析了直接投资对俄中双边贸易的影响,最后运用对直接投资与双边贸易影响的验证。第六部分,针对上述问题提出了扩大中国对俄投资以促进俄中双边贸易的对策和建议。第七部分,结论,对全文进行归纳和总结。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of global trade integration, China has continuously increased overseas investment, the quantity and scale of overseas investment have shown an upward trend, which has played an important role in promoting the sustainable development of China's economy. As one of the most influential countries in the world, Russia is China's largest neighbor and a large resource country. Its economic development has also had a very important impact on China. The bilateral trade volume between the two countries has been growing. From $42.2 billion in 2011 to $95.28 billion in 2014, it is expected to reach $200 billion by 2020. China has become Russia's largest trading partner. However, in 2014, China's direct investment in Russia was only 4.08 billion US dollars. Compared with Japan and other developed countries, China's direct investment in Russia is still relatively small and is still in its infancy. In the direct investment in Russia also faces a lot of problems. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the influence of China's direct investment in Russia on the trade between Russia and China, and to strengthen the foreign trade cooperation with Russia to promote the economic and political exchanges between the two countries. The paper is divided into seven parts: introduction, five chapters and conclusion. The first part, introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, combs the relevant research literature, and points out the main contents and research methods of this paper. The second part, the theoretical basis of the study. It covers trade and investment substitution theory, trade and investment complementary theory and related theories. The third part analyzes the current situation of China's direct investment in Russia and bilateral trade. This part expounds the current situation of China's direct investment in Russia and the development of bilateral trade between Russia and China. The fourth part analyzes the problems of China's direct investment in Russia and bilateral trade between Russia and China. In the fifth part, the influence of Chinese direct investment on bilateral trade between Russia and China is analyzed, and the mechanism of the influence of direct investment on bilateral trade is introduced. On this basis, this paper analyzes the impact of direct investment on bilateral trade between Russia and China from the perspective of the scale and structure of trade between Russia and China, and finally verifies the impact of direct investment and bilateral trade. In the sixth part, the countermeasures and suggestions of expanding Chinese investment in Russia to promote bilateral trade between Russia and China are put forward. The seventh part, the conclusion, summarizes and summarizes the full text.
