制造业转移与地域产业承载系统适配性研究

【摘要】:由于产业集群的快速发展能对集群所在地经济产生极大的推进作用,我国一些地区,尤其是沿海地区已经具有产业集群特性的“块状经济”得到快速发展。产业集群已经不再是少数地区特有的现象,转而成为中国现阶段发展地区经济和产业经济的重要发展模式和途径。但是纵观我国国情,,产业转移现状并不明显,理论研究预测的大规模的产业转移并没有发生。制造业是国内区际产业转移的主体,科学评价制造业转移与地域产业承载系统适配性是制定产业转移引导政策的重要依据。 本文在回顾现有产业转移理论的基础上,结合产业转移内涵,提出制造业转移与地域产业承载系统适配性概念,借鉴协同学理论的研究方法与思想成果,初步建立起由协同理论分析、序参量提取、构建评价指标体系进行评价及复合系统的构建等内容组成的制造业转移与地域产业承载系统适配性评估的理论研究框架。 本文主要应用协同学理论对制造业转移与地域产业承载系统两个子系统在全方位、多层次方面耦合的必然性进行分析和阐述,在复合系统中,由于制造业转移与地域产业承载系统可以在多方面耦合成为一个整体,形成制造业转移与地域产业承载系统复合系统,因此在序参量提取、构建评价指标体系以及适配度测评方面,序参量的提取总思路即寻找影响制造业转移与地域产业承载系统之间系统适配的关键主导因素。 最后,针对全国三十一个省市的制造业转移与地域产业承载系统适配状况进行实证分析,并据此提出各省市制造业转移发展的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:As the rapid development of industrial clusters can greatly promote the local economy, some areas in China, especially the coastal areas, have already had the characteristics of industrial cluster "block economy" has been rapid development. Industrial cluster is no longer a unique phenomenon in a few regions, and has become an important development mode and approach for the development of regional economy and industrial economy in China at the present stage. However, the current situation of industrial transfer is not obvious, and the large-scale industrial transfer predicted by theoretical research has not occurred. Manufacturing industry is the main body of domestic inter-regional industrial transfer. Scientific evaluation of the suitability of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system is an important basis for formulating the guiding policy of industrial transfer. On the basis of reviewing the existing theories of industrial transfer and combining the connotation of industrial transfer, this paper puts forward the concept of adaptability between manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry carrying system, and draws lessons from the research methods and ideological achievements of synergy theory. A theoretical research framework for the adaptation evaluation of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system, which is composed of synergy theory analysis, order parameter extraction, evaluation index system and composite system construction, has been established. This paper mainly applies the theory of collaboration to analyze and expound the inevitability of the coupling of the two subsystems of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system in all directions and multiple levels, and in the composite system, Because manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system can be coupled into a whole in many aspects, the complex system of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system can be formed, so in order parameter extraction, In the aspect of constructing evaluation index system and adaptability evaluation, the total idea of order parameter extraction is to find the key leading factors that affect the system adaptation between manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry carrying system. Finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the adaptability of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry carrying system in 31 provinces and cities of China, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of manufacturing industry transfer in all provinces and cities.
