青岛港港口产业集群竞争力研究

【摘要】:随着产业经济的发展,产业集群这一现象在理论界引起了广泛的关注,产业集群效应在实践中也得到了广泛的认可并取得一定的成功。港口作为海洋产业经济的基础,是衔接陆域经济与海洋经济的关键所在,港口产业集群更是集多种功能于一身,在促进海洋经济发展的同时,不断扩大集群的集聚效应,展现出巨大的发展潜力。 青岛港作为世界排名前十的大型港口,形成了以青岛港为核心的港口产业集群,并日益迸发出强大的活力。然而,应该如何对青岛港港口产业集群的竞争力进行理论的分析和量化的比较?青岛港港口产业集群的综合竞争力在沿海港口集群中的位置如何?青岛港集群应该如何进一步发展?本文以青岛港为突破口,研究我国港口产业集群的竞争力情况,对于港口产业经济理论的丰富和港口发展的实践具有重要意义。 本文主要采取了波特的钻石模型分析法和主成分分析法,在对国内外港口产业集群相关问题研究的综述和评述的基础上,对青岛港港口产业集群竞争力进行理论和实证分析,在研究过程中主要得出以下结论:第一,青岛港自1892年至今,从一个小港发展壮大为今日的港口集群,有历史的必然,也有开拓者们不懈的奋斗和追求;第二,青岛港港口集群的需求和要素禀赋条件优越、企业战略符合发展要求、面临较好的发展契机,同时也得到了政府的大力支持,同样也面临一定的竞争压力;第三,通过对青岛港港口产业集群竞争力的实证分析结果表明,青岛港的综合竞争力排名第七,与上海港等尚存一定的差距;最后,为青岛港集群的进一步发展提出了相应的对策建议,主要包括加强港口基础设施建设,完善港口法律体系;推动港口产业集聚,,强化集群知识溢出效应;拓展港口投融资途径,推进青岛港上市进程和加快港口改革,发展地主港模式。 本文较以往研究的创新之处在于: 1.采用钻石模型,对青岛港港口集群进行全面分析,得出青岛港港口产业集群的竞争优势与劣势; 2.采用主成分分析法,站在集群的角度对港口产业集群竞争力进行实证分析,突破了以往仅对港口竞争力进行分析的限制;同时,对沿海多个港口产业集群进行综合分析,最终得到青岛港港口产业集群的竞争力得分,横向比较青岛港港口集群的竞争力。 本文的不足之处在于: 1.国内在产业集群层面上研究港口竞争力的文献较少,使得本文更多的参照外文文献,难免有不符合中国国情之处; 2.由于数据的可获得性和统计口径的限制,本文不能更加全面的量化产业集群的竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial economy, the phenomenon of industrial cluster has attracted extensive attention in the theoretical circle, and the effect of industrial cluster has also been widely recognized and has achieved certain success in practice. As the foundation of marine industrial economy, port is the key to link land economy with marine economy, and port industrial cluster has many functions in one, while promoting the development of marine economy, it expands the agglomeration effect of the cluster. Show great potential for development. Qingdao Port, as the world's top 10 large port, has formed a port industrial cluster with Qingdao Port as the core, and increasingly burst out a strong vitality. However, how to carry on the theoretical analysis and quantitative comparison to the competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster? What is the position of the comprehensive competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster in the coastal port cluster? How to further develop Qingdao Port Cluster? This paper takes Qingdao Port as a breakthrough to study the competitiveness of our country's port industry cluster, which is of great significance for the enrichment of economic theory of port industry and the practice of port development. This paper mainly adopts Porter's diamond model analysis method and principal component analysis method. On the basis of summarizing and commenting on the related problems of port industrial cluster at home and abroad, this paper makes theoretical and empirical analysis on the competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster. In the course of the research, the main conclusions are as follows: first, Qingdao Port has developed from a small port to today's port cluster from 1892 to now, which has historical necessity, but also has pioneers unremitting struggle and pursuit; Second, the demand and factor endowment of Qingdao port cluster is superior, the enterprise strategy meets the requirements of development, and it faces a better development opportunity. At the same time, it is supported by the government, and it also faces some competitive pressure. Thirdly, through the empirical analysis of the competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster, it is shown that Qingdao Port ranks seventh in overall competitiveness, and still has a certain gap with Shanghai Port. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for further development of Qingdao port cluster are put forward, including strengthening port infrastructure construction, perfecting port legal system, promoting port industry agglomeration and strengthening cluster knowledge spillover effect. To expand the channels of port investment and financing, to promote the listing process of Qingdao Port and to speed up port reform, and to develop the model of landlord port. The innovations of this paper are as follows: 1. By using diamond model, the paper analyzes the port cluster of Qingdao Port, and concludes the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Qingdao Port Industrial Cluster. 2. By using principal component analysis, this paper makes empirical analysis on the competitiveness of port industrial cluster from the perspective of cluster, breaking through the limitation of only analyzing the competitiveness of port in the past; At the same time, the comprehensive analysis of several coastal port industrial clusters, finally get the competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster score, horizontal comparison of the competitiveness of Qingdao port cluster. The deficiency of this paper lies in: 1. There are few literatures on the competitiveness of ports in China at the industrial cluster level, which makes this paper refer to more foreign literature, which inevitably does not conform to the national conditions of China. 2. Due to the limitation of data availability and statistical caliber, this paper can not quantify the competitiveness of industrial clusters more comprehensively.
