共生视域下区域科技资源集聚机理实证研究

【摘要】：基于区域科技资源集聚与共生理论的适切性,运用Logistic方程构建区域内企业和高校协同合作科技资源集聚模型,揭示区域科技资源集聚的微观机理。基于此,对黑龙江省科技资源集聚的阻隔进行实证研究,并给出疏解策略。通过揭示区域科技资源集聚的微观机理,为地方政府提升区域科技资源集聚水平提供了决策支持,从而有利于地方政府更好地促进企业和高校两大核心集聚体的协同共生,以此促进区域科技资源集聚能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the appropriateness of the theory of regional scientific and technological resources agglomeration and symbiosis, the Logistic equation is used to construct the cooperative scientific and technological resources agglomeration model between enterprises and universities in the region, and to reveal the micro mechanism of regional scientific and technological resources agglomeration. Based on this, this paper makes an empirical study on the barrier of the agglomeration of science and technology resources in Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward some strategies. By revealing the micro mechanism of regional scientific and technological resource agglomeration, it provides decision support for local government to improve the level of regional sci-tech resource agglomeration, which is helpful for local government to promote the cooperation and symbiosis between enterprises and universities.
