江西省高等教育与经济增长关系的实证检验

【摘要】：文章首先测算了2000—2015年期间高等教育对江西经济发展的贡献率,并将其与全国平均水平进行对比;实证检验高等教育对江西经济长、短期增长效应的具体影响。结果表明:江西省高等教育资源流失现象严重,高等教育对江西经济发展的贡献率不仅远低于全国平均水平,而且更不稳定。研究发现:发展高等教育对江西经济发展的长期增长效应尚不明显,但它通过拉动消费、提高固定资产投资而促进江西经济的短期发展。
[Abstract]:This paper first calculates the contribution rate of higher education to Jiangxi's economic development from 2000 to 2015, and compares it with the national average, and empirically tests the concrete effect of higher education on Jiangxi's economic growth in the long and short term. The results show that the loss of higher education resources in Jiangxi Province is serious, and the contribution rate of higher education to the economic development of Jiangxi Province is not only far lower than the national average level, but also more unstable. It is found that the long-term effect of developing higher education on Jiangxi's economic development is not obvious, but it promotes the short-term development of Jiangxi's economy by stimulating consumption and increasing investment in fixed assets.
