全国首部省级国际产能合作发展规划在京出炉

【摘要】：正本刊讯10月23日,全国首部省级国际产能合作发展规划《山西省重点行业国际产能合作规划》验收评审会在北京举办,本次评审会邀请了国务院发展研究中心、中国社科院、国务院国资委、对外经贸大学、中信银行等有关单位的领导和专家作为评审专家,对《规划》进行验收评审。会议听取了商务部研究院课题组组长李志鹏研究员、梁桂宁研究员作的编写情况介绍。经过评审专家集体讨论,大家一致认为,《山西省重点行业国际产能合作规划》实现了三个创新:第一是破解了山西重点产业国际产能合作"去哪里"的难题,第二是系统解决了山西省重点产业国际产能合作"怎么去"的问题,即务实地提出了对重点国别开展
