两型社会建设背景下湘潭县产业结构优化研究

【摘要】：“一带一部”、“长江经济带”、长株潭城市群两型社会建设既为湘潭县迎来更多有利的机遇,又对其建立在高能耗基础上的经济发展方式提出严峻的挑战。产业结构是推动经济发展的基石,也是推进经济水平提高的根本因素之一,只有合理的产业结构才能够为经济的发展提供强有力的支撑,相反就会制约经济的发展。因此,加快推进湘潭县产业结构优化升级势在必行,这也是本文探讨的问题所在。论文按照提出问题-分析问题-解决问题的基本思路来进行研究。 首先,本文以国内外产业结构优化理论和成功经验为基础,试图探索出适合湘潭县两型产业结构优化的范式。 其次,运用主成分分析法对湘潭县经济发展水平进行分析评价,结果显示湘潭县在整个湘潭地区排名第四,有待进一步加快发展步伐。对湘潭县产业构成、现状和面临的困境进行综合分析,运用熵值法对湘潭县两型产业进行预评估,结果显示,湘潭县产业结构在不断优化,但也存在一定的问题。为了加快推进产业结构优化,湘潭县以国内外两型产业发展成功案例为指导,在新型工业、现代农业,绿色生态旅游业等方面做足了功课,力推产业结构的优化。 再次,针对湘潭县的产业结构现状,运用成分数据模型对未来湘潭县产业结构发展状况进行预测,并在此基础上,为湘潭县产业结构优化明确方向,提出确实可行的发展策略。
[Abstract]:"one belt", "Yangtze River economic belt", two types of social construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration not only welcome more favorable opportunities for Xiangtan County, but also pose a severe challenge to its economic development mode based on high energy consumption. Industrial structure is the cornerstone of promoting economic development and one of the fundamental factors to promote the improvement of economic level. Only a reasonable industrial structure can provide a strong support for the economic development, on the contrary, it will restrict the economic development. Therefore, it is imperative to speed up the optimization and upgrading of Xiangtan county industrial structure, which is also the problem discussed in this paper. This paper is based on the basic idea of problem-solving. Firstly, based on the theory and successful experience of industrial structure optimization at home and abroad, this paper attempts to explore a paradigm suitable for the optimization of two types of industrial structure in Xiangtan County. Secondly, the economic development level of Xiangtan County is analyzed and evaluated by principal component analysis. The result shows that Xiangtan County ranks fourth in the whole Xiangtan area, which needs to be further accelerated. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the industrial composition, present situation and difficulties faced by Xiangtan County, the pre-evaluation of the two types of industries in Xiangtan County is carried out by using entropy method. The results show that the industrial structure of Xiangtan County is continuously optimized, but there are still some problems. In order to speed up the optimization of industrial structure, Xiangtan County, guided by the successful cases of domestic and foreign two types of industry development, has done its homework in new industry, modern agriculture, green eco-tourism and so on, and pushed forward the optimization of industrial structure. Thirdly, according to the present situation of Xiangtan county's industrial structure, this paper uses the component data model to forecast the future Xiangtan county's industrial structure development, and on this basis, puts forward the feasible development strategy for the Xiangtan county's industrial structure optimization.
