2017年一季度经济运行的若干特点

【摘要】：2017年一季度,中国经济运行表现出七个重要特点:从生产角度看,第三产业对经济增长起主要拉动作用,工业增速回升对经济增速回升起主要推动作用;从需求角度看,最终消费支出增速与2016年同期基本持平,资本形成总额增速明显回落,货物和服务净出口由下降转为增长;从收入角度看,全国居民人均可支配收入增速比2016年全年有所回升,全国一般公共预算收入增速明显回升,规模以上工业企业利润总额增速明显加快;从价格角度看,居民消费价格温和上涨,工业生产者价格和货物进口价格涨幅明显上升;从结构角度看,产业结构、需求结构和收入分配结构得到继续改善;从新动能角度看,工业中的战略性新兴产业、高技术制造业、新产品、网上零售额快速增长,新动能继续积累;从供给侧结构性改革重点任务角度来看,"三去一降一补"取得新进展。
[Abstract]:In the first quarter of 2017, China's economic performance showed seven important features: from the point of view of production, the tertiary industry played a major role in stimulating economic growth, and the rebound in industrial growth played a major role in promoting the recovery of economic growth; From the demand point of view, the growth rate of final consumer expenditure was basically the same as that of the same period in 2016, the growth rate of total capital formation dropped significantly, and net exports of goods and services changed from decline to growth; From an income point of view, the growth rate of per capita disposable income of residents across the country was higher than that of the whole year of 2016, the growth rate of general public budget income of the whole country was significantly higher, and the growth rate of total profits of industrial enterprises above the size of the From the price point of view, the consumer prices of residents rose slightly, the prices of industrial producers and imports of goods rose significantly, and from the structural point of view, the industrial structure, demand structure and income distribution structure continued to improve; From the perspective of new kinetic energy, the strategic emerging industries in industry, high-tech manufacturing, new products, online retail volume is growing rapidly, new kinetic energy continues to accumulate; From the point of view of the key tasks of supply-side structural reform, new progress has been made.
