“资本吮吸理论”及其对中国经济发展的启示

【摘要】：马克思在论证资本主义经济运行规律时提出"资本吮吸理论",该理论强调资本通过吮吸劳动而占有剩余价值的本性、生产资料私有制和分配制度对资本运动的作用以及资本运动存在促进生产力和破坏生产力两方面的效应。资本主义的演变在很大程度上改变了马克思资本吮吸理论的隐含假设,如果引入隐含条件的变化,则资本吮吸理论对于理解资本主义新形态仍是重要的。改革开放以来,中国在经济发展过程中也存在着资本运动的两重效应,中国需要高度重视马克思资本吮吸理论的启示和借鉴作用,需要建立社会主义市场经济体制以解决资本运动的"两难冲突",而体制转型背景、发展中大国、生产资料所有制、政府间制度完善等则为这种解决提供了重要支撑。
[Abstract]:Marx put forward "capital sucking theory" when he demonstrated the law of capitalist economic operation. This theory emphasizes the nature of capital occupying surplus value by sucking labor. The effect of the private ownership and distribution system of means of production on the movement of capital and the effects of the movement of capital on promoting and destroying the productive forces. The evolution of capitalism has changed the implicit hypothesis of Marx's theory of capital sucking to a great extent. If the change of implied conditions is introduced, the theory of capital sucking is still important for understanding the new form of capitalism. Since the reform and opening up, China also has the double effect of capital movement in the process of economic development. China needs to attach great importance to the enlightenment and reference function of Marx's theory of capital sucking. It is necessary to establish a socialist market economy system to solve the "dilemma conflict" of capital movement, and the background of system transformation, the large developing countries, the ownership of means of production and the perfection of the intergovernmental system provide important support for this solution.
