上海市张江高新区创新能力评价研究

【摘要】：创新能力是地区竞争力优势的决定性因素,也是地区的经济繁荣和产业发展的关键因素。园区作为地区创新能力的载体,能从侧面反映出地区的创新能力。本文从区域创新能力和园区创新能力的定义出发,基于区域指标体系和张江高新区的特点来构建园区创新评价体系。根据张江高新区2013年的相关数据,基于DEMATEL-ANP评价模型对张江高新区进行评价分析,并对此提出适当建议。评价结果显示:影响张江高新区创新评价最重要的元素集是成果能力和环境能力。
[Abstract]:Innovation ability is not only the decisive factor of regional competitive advantage, but also the key factor of regional economic prosperity and industrial development. As the carrier of the regional innovation ability, the park can reflect the regional innovation ability from the side. Based on the definition of regional innovation ability and park innovation ability, this paper constructs the park innovation evaluation system based on the regional index system and the characteristics of Zhangjiang high-tech zone. Based on the relevant data of Zhangjiang High-tech Zone in 2013, this paper evaluates and analyzes Zhangjiang High-tech Zone based on DEMATEL-ANP evaluation model, and puts forward appropriate suggestions for this. The evaluation results show that the most important elements affecting the innovation evaluation of Zhangjiang Hi-tech Zone are achievement ability and environmental ability.
