拉动经济的第三匹马:经济学视角与统计学视角

【摘要】：传统的"三驾马车"说,从经济学视角,确认拉动GDP的三项因素是国内消费、国内投资和净出口。但是从经济统计视角,以其为基础测度净出口对GDP的拉动贡献却导致负效应悖论。本文将全球价值链概念融入经济统计测度,将GDP恒等式重新解释为国内最终消费需求、国内投资需求和国外需求,并使用国际投入产出表数据对新释三因素的拉动贡献进行测算,从而提出经济新常态下开发国外需求的建议。
[Abstract]:The traditional troika says that from an economic perspective, the three factors that drive GDP are domestic consumption, domestic investment and net exports. However, from the perspective of economic statistics, measuring the pull contribution of net exports to GDP leads to the paradox of negative effect. In this paper, the concept of global value chain is integrated into the economic statistical measure, and the GDP identity is reinterpreted as domestic final consumption demand, domestic investment demand and foreign demand. And using the international input-output table data to calculate the pull contribution of the three new factors, so as to put forward the suggestion of developing foreign demand under the new normal economy.
