河南“五化”协同发展的演化与提升研究——基于供给侧要素差异视角

【摘要】：供给侧改革是河南实施产业升级调整,破解供需错配、生态退化等问题的关键。分析"五化"协同发展演化过程中基础地位的变迁,借鉴国外"五化"协同发展经验,基于河南"五化"协同发展演化对应的供给侧要素差异,从实施土地供给侧改革,推进绿色城镇化,释放创新驱动活力,优化产业结构,增添经济绿色度等途径提升"五化"协同发展水平。
[Abstract]:Supply-side reform is the key to carry out industrial upgrading and adjustment, solve the mismatch between supply and demand, ecological degradation and so on. This paper analyzes the changes of the basic position in the process of the coordinated development and evolution of the "five modernizations", draws lessons from the experience of the coordinated development of the "five modernizations" in foreign countries, and based on the differences of the supply-side elements corresponding to the coordinated development and evolution of the "five modernizations" in Henan Province, from the implementation of the land supply-side reform, Promote green urbanization, release innovation-driven vitality, optimize industrial structure, increase economic green degree and other ways to improve the level of coordinated development of the "five modernizations".
