江西省生态产业发展研究

【摘要】：随着经济的高速增长，能源危机、资源短缺和环境恶化等问题日益凸显，实现资源可持续利用，实现经济和生态的双赢是全球人类共同面临的重大课题。发展生态产业，是转变经济增长方式、促进资源节约与环境保护的重要途径。我国进入到全面建设小康社会的重要阶段，解决经济发展与生态环境间的矛盾迫在眉睫，生态产业的建设也面临更高要求。但到目前为止，江西“高投入、高消耗、高排放”的发展方式并没有实质性转变，生态系统退化趋势尚未根本扭转。目前，理论界对区域生态产业的研究还十分稀缺，对江西生态产业的发展研究则更少。因此，探讨江西生态产业的发展具有重要意义。 本文拟从生态产业的相关概念、模式类型、理论基础、国内外生态产业发展实践出发，其次概述了江西生态产业的发展历程、存在的问题并对发展水平进行评价，然后根据实际情况制定江西生态产业发展的原则、目标和思路，，最后提出促进江西生态产业发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth, energy crisis, resource shortage and environmental deterioration, the realization of sustainable use of resources and the realization of a win-win situation between economy and ecology is an important issue facing mankind all over the world. The development of ecological industry is an important way to change the mode of economic growth and promote resource conservation and environmental protection. China has entered an important stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is urgent to solve the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment, and the construction of ecological industry is also facing higher requirements. However, up to now, the development mode of "high input, high consumption and high emission" in Jiangxi has not changed substantially, and the trend of ecosystem degradation has not been fundamentally reversed. At present, the theoretical research on regional ecological industry is still very scarce, and the research on the development of ecological industry in Jiangxi is even less. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the development of ecological industry in Jiangxi Province. Based on the related concepts, model types, theoretical basis and domestic and foreign ecological industry development practice, this paper summarizes the development course, existing problems and evaluation of the development level of Jiangxi ecological industry, and then formulates the principles, objectives and ideas of Jiangxi ecological industry development according to the actual situation, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Jiangxi ecological industry.
