经济发展新常态下的供给侧结构性改革

【摘要】：正2017年中央经济工作会议指出,我国经济运行面临的突出矛盾和问题,虽然有周期性、总量性因素,但根源是重大结构性失衡,导致经济循环不畅,必须从供给侧、结构性改革上想办法,努力实现供求关系新的动态均衡。供给侧结构性改革,最终目的是满足需求,主攻方向是提高供给质量,根本途径是深化改革。要更加准确地把握供给侧结构性改革的内涵和要求,就要紧扣新常态下我国经济发展的特征和要求,既不能盲目照搬西方
[Abstract]:The 2017 Central Economic work Conference pointed out that although China's economic operation faces outstanding contradictions and problems, although there are cyclical and total factors, the root cause is a major structural imbalance, which leads to a poor economic cycle. It is necessary to find ways from the supply side and structural reform to achieve a new dynamic balance between supply and demand. The ultimate purpose of supply-side structural reform is to meet demand, the main direction of attack is to improve the quality of supply, and the fundamental way is to deepen the reform. In order to grasp the connotation and requirements of supply-side structural reform more accurately, we should closely follow the characteristics and requirements of China's economic development under the new normal, and can neither blindly copy the West.
