中部地区全面小康社会建设的探索与思考——以安徽省蚌埠市为例

【摘要】：我国全面建成小康社会已经进入决胜阶段。安徽省蚌埠市作为我国中部地区全面奔小康的一个缩影,在以人为中心的全面小康社会建设的探索中取得了决定性成果。如期实现全面建成小康社会目标还存在诸多问题。破解通往全面建成小康社会之路一切问题的"金钥匙"就是:化"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念为艰辛的创新性实践。
[Abstract]:China has entered the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Bengbu City, Anhui Province, as a microcosm of the overall well-off society in the central part of China, has made decisive achievements in the exploration of people-centered construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. There are still many problems in achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way on schedule. The "golden key" to solve all the problems on the road to building a well-off society in an all-round way is to transform the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing" into arduous and innovative practices.
