基于AHP的企业污水治理审计评价体系构建及应用——以华东地区企业为例

【摘要】:本文在梳理污水治理评价已有研究成果的基础上进行AHP调研,以水资源保护体系、水资源利用体系、水资源循环利用体系为关键指标体系建立污水治理审计评价体系。研究发现,水资源保护体系对减少污水排放量的贡献最大,多数企业水资源利用的指标也达到了国家一级标准。此外,工业用水重复利用率、尾水回用率、废水处理稳定达标率均处于国家领先水平,但尾水回用率还有待进一步提高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the existing research results of wastewater treatment evaluation, AHP investigation is carried out, and the water resources protection system, water resources utilization system and water resources recycling system are taken as the key index system to establish the sewage treatment audit evaluation system. It is found that the water resources protection system has the greatest contribution to the reduction of sewage discharge, and the water resources utilization index of most enterprises has also reached the national level standard. In addition, the reuse rate of industrial water, the reuse rate of tail water and the stable rate of wastewater treatment are all in the leading level in the country, but the reuse rate of tail water needs to be further improved.
