河北省特色文化产业发展研究

【摘要】：文化产业是民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉，是21世纪最具发展潜力的“朝阳产业”，起着越来越重要的作用，文化实力已经成为综合国力竞争的重要内容。但是目前所研究的文化产业发展，多是针对以传媒文化和时尚文化为代表的传统文化产业而言的，对于赋有地方性特色的文化产业发展还未引起充分的重视。特色文化产业具有浓郁的民族和地域特色，对区域经济发展有很强的影响力和辐射力，是经济可持续发展的重要支撑产业。如何进一步深入挖掘特色文化资源，，使之转化成经济优势，是河北省特色文化产业发展的一项重要课题。本文在对河北省特色文化产业进行研究时，从最基本的概念界定和理论分析入手，阐述河北省特色文化产业的发展具有的资源、区位、政策优势，全面分析河北省目前特色文化产业发展中存在的诸如缺乏科学合理的规划、投融资机制不完善、集聚区协作不足、文化品牌缺乏战略运作、文化知识产权保护意识薄弱等问题，并且以作为典型的当地特色文化产业——蔚县剪纸文化产业为例，立足蔚县剪纸文化产业发展优势，分析蔚县文化产业发展的成功模式，以期对河北省特色文化产业更加规范、健康有序的发展进行一点有益的探索，从蔚县剪纸文化产业发展中得出启示，提出从拓展投融资渠道，树立品牌意识、创立精品文化产品，加快产业集聚区的建设，从政府源头做好产业规划，创立立体式发展模式等方面解决河北省发展特色文化产业的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is an important source of national cohesion and creativity. It is the "sunrise industry" with the greatest development potential in the 21st century. It plays an increasingly important role. Cultural strength has become an important part of comprehensive national strength competition. However, the development of cultural industries studied at present is mostly aimed at the traditional cultural industries represented by media culture and fashion culture. The development of the cultural industry with local characteristics has not been given sufficient attention. The characteristic cultural industry has strong national and regional characteristics, and has a strong influence and radiation power on the development of regional economy. It is an important topic for the development of the characteristic culture industry in Hebei Province how to further excavate the characteristic cultural resources and turn them into economic advantages. This paper begins with the definition of the most basic concept and the theoretical analysis of the characteristic culture industry in Hebei Province, and expounds the resources, location and policy advantages of the development of the characteristic culture industry in Hebei Province. This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the development of the characteristic cultural industry in Hebei Province, such as the lack of scientific and reasonable planning, the imperfect investment and financing mechanism, the insufficient cooperation in the agglomeration area, the lack of strategic operation of the cultural brand, the weak awareness of the protection of cultural intellectual property, and so on. And take the typical local characteristic culture industry-Yuxian paper-cut culture industry as an example, based on the Yuxian paper-cut culture industry development superiority, analyzes the Yuxian cultural industry development successful pattern, in order to Hebei Province characteristic culture industry more standard, The healthy and orderly development of paper cutting culture industry in Yuxian has drawn some enlightenment from the development of paper cutting culture industry in Yuxian. It is proposed to expand the channels of investment and financing, establish brand awareness, create high-quality cultural products, and speed up the construction of industrial agglomeration areas. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of characteristic cultural industry in Hebei Province are put forward from the following aspects: the government should make a good plan for the industry and the three-dimensional development mode should be established.
