推进文化与科技深度融合是突破文化发展困局的基本政策路径

【摘要】：在信息技术革命的大背景下,文化与科技深度融合已经成为推动文化发展的重要引擎。文化与科技的关系是在人类社会发展进程中形成的、塑造文化行业发展基本形态的决定性力量。科技不仅对文化产业发展具有重要的影响,对现代公共文化体系建设同样产生巨大的作用。在厘清文化与科技融合的模式的同时,分析文化与科技融合的理论价值和工具价值,进一步明确突破文化发展困局的科技创新路径,对深化文化体制改革、推进文化强国建设具有重要现实意义。
[Abstract]:Under the background of information technology revolution, the deep integration of culture and science and technology has become an important engine to promote the development of culture.The relationship between culture and science and technology is formed in the course of the development of human society.Science and technology not only has an important influence on the development of cultural industry, but also plays an important role in the construction of modern public cultural system.At the same time, it analyzes the theoretical value and tool value of culture and science and technology fusion, further clarifies the scientific and technological innovation path to break through the difficult situation of cultural development, and deepens the cultural system reform.It is of great practical significance to promote the construction of cultural power.
