核桃文化及其休闲农业开发研究

【摘要】:核桃是世界著名四大干果之首,具有很高的营养价值,有“长寿果”、“万岁子”之称。核桃在我国栽培已有2000多年的历史,勤劳而又智慧的中华民族在长期的农业生产中所创造的核桃文化,是我国传统文化的重要组成部分,深入探索核桃文化资源具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。近年来,休闲农业成为旅游业的新亮点,受到了广泛关注,文化的深度挖掘对于休闲农业的可持续发展具有重要意义,同时也是目前休闲农业开发面临的一个重要问题。核桃作为我国传统栽培作物,探索核桃传统文化对于休闲农业开发无疑具有有益的启示和帮助。目前,关于核桃文化的研究,大多集中于核桃种质、基因、选育等的研究,但对于传统文献中核桃文化价值的探究却少有人进行系统的总结。因此,核桃文化的挖掘工作尚待深入。 本文立足于充分利用古籍资料,探讨古代人民对核桃的开发和利用,具体从核桃的物质文化与精神文化进行论述,与现代旅游业中最受重视的休闲农业开发相结合,不仅是古籍资料中核桃文化的现实应用,而且为休闲农业中的文化开发提供理论依据。 论文首先探究核桃的起源地以及我国核桃栽培扩大分布的变化轨迹,主要体现在核桃栽植地域延伸和古代人民对核桃认识的变化两个方面;在此基础上,沿着历史这一主线逐步探索古代人民对核桃适用性的发掘以及文化的创造,并论述现代核桃文化及其产业发展现状。其次,从物质和精神两个层面重点研究核桃文化价值,物质层面主要体现在三个方面:饮食文化、药用文化、把玩文化;精神层面主要体现在两个方面:文学艺术和民俗文化,并从中总结三个方面的核桃文化休闲农业开发价值,分别是:园艺观赏价值、抗体保健价值、艺术赏玩价值。最后,总结我国核桃休闲农业开发现状及其问题,有针对性的提出核桃休闲农业开发的原则与对策,选择安徽宁国甲路镇为案例区,在深入分析该地区资源环境条件的基础上,将上述总结的核桃文化以及价值,应用于休闲农业开发中。
[Abstract]:Walnut is the world famous four big dried fruit, has the very high nutrition value, has the "longevity fruit", "long live son" said. Walnut has been cultivated in China for more than 2000 years. The walnut culture created by the industrious and intelligent Chinese nation in the long term agricultural production is an important part of our traditional culture. It is of great academic value and practical significance to explore walnut cultural resources in depth. In recent years, leisure agriculture has become a new bright spot of tourism, which has received extensive attention. The deep excavation of culture is of great significance for the sustainable development of leisure agriculture, and is also an important issue in the development of leisure agriculture. Walnut as a traditional cultivation crop in China, exploring the traditional culture of walnut undoubtedly has beneficial enlightenment and help for the development of leisure agriculture. At present, most of the studies on walnut culture focus on walnut germplasm, genes, breeding and so on, but few people systematically summarize the value of walnut culture in the traditional literature. Therefore, the excavating work of walnut culture needs to be deepened. Based on the full use of ancient books and materials, this paper discusses the development and utilization of walnut by ancient people, discusses the material culture and spiritual culture of walnut, and combines it with the development of leisure agriculture, which is paid most attention to in the modern tourism industry. It is not only a practical application of walnut culture in ancient books, but also a theoretical basis for the development of culture in leisure agriculture. The paper first explores the origin of walnut and the change track of the expanding distribution of walnut cultivation in China, mainly reflected in two aspects: the extension of walnut planting area and the change of ancient people's understanding of walnut. Along the main line of history, this paper explores the applicability of the ancient people to walnut and the creation of culture, and discusses the present situation of the development of modern walnut culture and its industry. Secondly, it focuses on the value of walnut culture from two aspects: diet culture, medicinal culture and play culture; spiritual level mainly embodies in two aspects: literature, art and folk culture, the material level is mainly reflected in three aspects: food culture, medicinal culture, play culture, spiritual level mainly reflected in two aspects: literature and art and folk culture. Three aspects of walnut culture leisure agriculture development value are summarized: horticultural ornamental value, antibody health value, artistic value. Finally, the paper summarizes the current situation and problems of walnut leisure agriculture development in China, puts forward the principles and countermeasures of walnut leisure agriculture development, selects Jialu Town of Ningguo, Anhui Province as a case area, and analyzes the resource and environmental conditions in this area. The walnut culture and value summarized above were applied to the development of leisure agriculture.
