【摘要】：随着“文化”的因素在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用更加的突出及明显，文化产业也成为了我国从经济大国走向经济强国的不二选择。党中央、国务院也一直把不断深化文化体制改革、努力振兴文化产业发展放在战略高度来看待。韩国在文化产业发展方面积累了丰富经验，借鉴其在政策引导、投资融资、产品开发、市场营销、品牌打造、运作机制、社会支持等方面的成熟做法，从多个角度和多种维度来关照及审视我国文化产业发展中目前存在以及可能出现的各种问题。既可以使我国文化产业发展更好的把握前进方向，少走弯路，不断提高自主创新能力和水平，从而实现“跨越式”发展，还可以使我国文化产业更好地融入到经济全球化和区域一体化的大潮流之中。尤其值得关注的是，，要切实采取措施，不断促进和深化中韩文化领域尤其是文化产业方面的交流与合作，进而为中韩战略合作伙伴关系全面、健康、可持续发展，进一步拓宽沟通渠道、拓展经济基础、厚植人文基石。对此，可以从六个具体方面来着手推进和深化：一是树立合作开发意识；二是制定共同发展战略；三是形成多元合作体系；四是实现市场机制融合；五是共同推进人才培养；六是联合攻关重点领域。
[Abstract]:With the more prominent and obvious role of "culture" in the competition of comprehensive national strength, cultural industry has become an indispensable choice for our country from a big economic power to an economic power. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have also put the deepening of cultural system reform and efforts to revitalize the cultural industry on a strategic level. South Korea has accumulated rich experience in the development of cultural industry, drawing on its mature practices in policy guidance, investment financing, product development, marketing, brand building, operation mechanism, social support, etc. From various angles and dimensions, this paper examines and examines the existing and possible problems in the development of China's cultural industry. Not only can the development of Chinese cultural industry better grasp the direction of progress, avoid detours, constantly improve the ability and level of independent innovation, and thus realize the "leap-forward" development. It can also make our cultural industry better integrate into the trend of economic globalization and regional integration. Of particular concern is the need to take practical measures to continuously promote and deepen exchanges and cooperation in the cultural field between China and South Korea, especially in the cultural industry, so as to contribute to the comprehensive, healthy and sustainable development of the strategic partnership between China and South Korea. Further broaden communication channels, expand the economic base, planting the foundation stone of humanity. In this regard, we can proceed from six specific aspects to promote and deepen: first, to establish a sense of cooperation and development; second, to formulate a common development strategy; third, to form a pluralistic cooperation system; fourth, to realize the integration of market mechanisms; Sixth, key areas of joint efforts to tackle key problems.
